That looks incredibly difficult. I struggle to keep 4/4 time on bass guitar at slow tempo so it incredifies me that on keys it's all done with just the left hand. But then I've had a few concussions.

Cool - appreciate you sharing. I encourage you to experiment with the use of your thumbs. The thumbs are immensely useful in keyboard playing, and allow you to stretch out more to cover wider musical distances. I dare say the thumb is the most important digit for piano playing.

maybe you can find an adapter to record directly to the phone so we don't have to listen to all the plasticky key clicks

This brings me back to when the crooked house we lived in was still on the edge of town. Thinking of those sultry nights listening to the frogs down in the swamp and you'd pick your uke we would sing into the darkness. I'm sorry that everything turned out the way it did. I miss you Burr. You would have loved to have seen how the vines grew into your bedroom through that crack in the window. It's weird now that the cows are gone and people cut through there to get to Costco. There truly was some dark country magic in that place. The sunken road will of course still be there and the live oak is still standing. I know we left parts of ourselves there and but when we left that place, it swallowed Tyler. Maybe one day our spirits will meet there again and reconcile. Great song. It's a spiritual transport device.

I enjoyed the derelict science fiction craft artwork. I loved to peruse my Caldwell/Fawcett art books as a kid. If you haven't seen them yet, you should check out "Annihilation" and "Prospect" on Netflix (at least on Canadian Netflix at this time). There is similar derelict/weird space artwork sensibilities in those films, and the "Prospect" dialogue reminds me of Firefly.

I heard about this song in a forum found by a Google search that says this song was like Venus in Furs by Velvet Underground and I must admit, I can hear a similarity. I loved it though and don't often find these rare treasures! Hope there's more on here.
