Anyway, the song titled "Huwag Muna Tayong Umuwi" literally means a person who doesn't want to go or go home yet with a special person besides them. The lyrics said that she wants to stay more longer wherever they are, because they love that very moment with their special someone. Imagine, you are with your crush and you are on the beach together, and you worried that your crush wants to get out of there but you want to stay longer and cherish that moment. It likes you want this moment last forever.

the song with the lyrics gives out nostalgic and warm yearning. the lyrics tell of a person not wanting to go home yet when they're (filipino doesn't have gendered pronouns) with that special someone. the lyrics hint that the setting is on a beach's shore with the sun setting. the sentiment is also of wanting to extend the moment with that special person, and not wanting the day to end, even going on to say that "midnight is still early" as they yearn to make the moment last. it's a beautiful song.

Now I understand how it feels to be with the person you feel safe with. The type that you prefer to stay by his side despite the noise in the world, because you also experience peace with him.
