they are larva almost ready to be capped over.

I bought package wees back in May in about 2 months later there were no eggs or no Queen and so I bought a new Queen and the same thing about 2 months later no age no Queen or nothing and I'd like to know what's going on

That is hard to tell without looking at them. No eggs or brood means either you have no Queen or a young Queen.
