Love to see a black man succeed! I got a 24 MYP in QS a month ago and loving it. I supercharge once a week and spend a little less than I did with gas on my crosstrek. Except now I'm in style, 0-60 in...quick, and saving the environment a lil bit. And driving hands free!
@@CxndI3 it depends on what I'm doing that week! But I drive about 500 miles a week, so about $40ish dollars. Which would be about $50ish in my crosstrek
Hahahaha… too funny. I always end up saying the same thing as you did. I’ll be at a supercharger sometimes with 40 or more stalls, most of them empty and somebody will come right next to me to charge 😡🤣 I never understand that.. Another cool trip. I dont mind those supercharger stops at all. When I used to travel in my gas car, I never took time to walk around and chill for a moment. With the Tesla, I’m never tired. Keep these videos coming. It’s real cool to see your travels… 🙏🏾
I hate that period can be parked in a parking lot away from everybody then here come somebody have to park right beside you! Like all this open spaces!!!🤦🏾♀️🤷🏾♀️
Man I just started watching your vids and I see your jacket with those MAGNIFICENT THREE BLUE LETTERS. Had it hit the like button. Safe travels and BLUE PHI 🤘🏿🤘🏿🤘🏿!!!
Yeah man my first road trip was to ATL and second was to Wilmington from Charlotte. Cost to charge was free at destination. Nice trip and you are right the wait time at superchargers is negligible. Use bathroom get some grub and you are on your way
Bro, I didn’t know you had a passenger in the car until your first stop for charging. Kind of surprised me when I heard you talking and then a female voice responding. I’m like what! Love your videos.
Whoa we just got back from our second LR RWD M3 (in white too 😎) road trip today too and I saw you dropped your video of your trip too, crazy! We just got back from staying the week in Pigeon Forge, TN, and the 700 mile trip only added about an hour of charging, but I hardly notice it because I just route to the nearest supercharger along the route when we’re hungry or have to use the bathroom. Love your videos, man, keep it up! 👊
When I saw the title, I thought we were about to do the same road trip. Come Christmas, I’ll be taking my Y from Atlanta to Wilmington, Delaware lol I can’t wait.
Corey, Congratulations on the new channel and new car; I pray success for this channel, like the others. I watched many of your Greek videos years ago as I aspired; so I owe you a thank you for the info as it help me on my Road to Kappaland. So with that, I was wondering if you can share your referral link, so I can give back to you in a small way. I am ordering a new Model 3 in the coming weeks and would love to help you out and receive a discount myself. It might be a good idea to put that referral link in your videos going forward to. Much success going forward!
@@travontaebasley I appreciate that bro! Thanks for supporting through the years. Good idea, just added the referral link to the description box. Let me know if there’s any issues 🎯✊🏾
Thanks. I wanted to ask how close are the pre-trip vehicle estimates compared to the actually battery used/miles traveled? Sorry if you have covered this topic already. I was told that the outside temps can affect the battery percentage/travel time. BTW, cool camera angles in your vlog.
I think I expected a little bit more out of this road trip. Like the charging spots, what’s around, what’s in the area, some driving with scenes, even showing the hotel room… however your video quality is great man.
I would set a timer for the car to charge closer to when you’re leaving out when you’re charging to 100% not good for battery to sit at 100% for long period of time. Only lfp
That was the main reason why I really didn’t like Tesla opening up Superchargers to other EVs, good that that Supercharger wasn’t busy and two people had to wait on the Lightning …
@ITFL3 2,700 new Supercharger stalls were installed this quarter. Tesla is NOT opening up super busy sites. They know what they're doing. They just began construction on that nearly 200 stall site with massive solar canopies and it's own mini solar farm next to it with 30 megawatts of battery storage in California. Comments like the above are NOT coming from Tesla drivers. We know different. It's coming from ICE people terrified of what that's going to do the adoption of EV's with its 99.96% reliability rate and it's ubiquitousness.
Great video bro but all the Tesla's I've came across I've noticed that they all have white interior is that how they normally come im just curious great video once again 👍
Nice video Corey. Self parking! I, would love that feature… self driving? To comfortable-May fall asleep 😳but that’s me☺️so glad you lovin your Telstar 😊🥰🤩
Model 3 and Model Y have either black or white interiors , Model S and X have blsck, white or tan interiors . Cybertrucks all have black seating with white or grey trim ..
So, I'm trying to work this out in my head. I test drove a 2025 Tesla model Y a few days ago. So after doing the numbers, plus the extra insurance cost for and EV and the inconvenience of stopping to charge for road trips, hoping that they are working and there's no extra wait time, what is the benefit? I mean if you buy a car like a Toyota Camry, or Corolla for about14k less, and they can get about 600miles on full tank of gas. I'm I missing something? Any input would be help before I make a decision. Thanks
Totally get what you mean, road trips seem like they would suck, but, when it comes to these hybrid cars, it seems like you have a lot more moving parts compared to a Tesla. It’s pretty much a battery and motor, that’s it, compared to a hybrid car, now you got a battery and an engine and motors, so a lot more can go wrong with them compared to something like a Tesla. That’s what I’m thinking about. But on the other hand, you’re right, if a Tesla spot isn’t working in the middle of your trip, it’s gonna suck. Really bad, compared to having a gas stations on every corner. So the infrastructure still needs to grow with Tesla superchargers.

Quick question: Are you analyzing your Electric bill usage / rates before and after charging your Tesla EV? So I’ve researched and found out our garage electrical socket fits the Kia EV SUV’s. So we are really considering switching to an all electric vehicle. (While the insensitive are plentiful and doing our part to keeping the earth clean.)⚡️ 🚘
