No problem Gareth 🐮☺️💕but check labels as this week it wasn't Pembrokeshire creamery (in my lidl) but muller/arla! So must have multiple contracts. I bought a 2 pint organic - no way am I buying muller/arla milk!
Lidl have regional farmers supllying milk. The farm you mentioned in Pembrokeshire supplies Wales only, i need to find out who supplies my area and try and contact them.
Hi Alice👋😀 the milk in my lidl store has pembrokeshire creamery printed on the label and we are east England👍 next time you're in Lidl, look at the label. Let me know if its different - I'm genuinely interested
I'm in East Anglistan also. I've asked Costa and Gregg's what milk they use. Costa use arla. Greggs uses muller which is also in the Bovaer bs. Boycotting both.
@@Alicesdream17 actually I checked the milk again in lidl today and I was a bit dismayed to see the milk in stock today was arla milk (lidl own brand with "arla house" plus an address in very small writing on the label) So it occured to me that a supermarket has multiple contracts with milk suppliers to cope with demand. Last week it was supplied by Pembrokeshire Creamery Ltd (bovaer free) and this week it was Arla!! The ones carrying out the trails. I know lidl isn't part of the trail but bovaer milk and non bov milk must be mixed together in milk distribution centres - that's my concern. Lesson here is always check the label!!
@what-lies-in-your-skies last week my Lidl had own brand lidl milk from Pembrokeshire creamery (bov free) but today its arla! So obv on multiple contracts, will always check label because I'll be damned if I'm buying tainted milk, I just do not want to risk health implications 5, 10 or 15 years down the line for me or my family (general sentiment I feel that is lost on Arla). also checked lidl own brand cream, supplied by muller.
Hi Susan, could you take a pic of the label on the milk you buy? If you can, email me the pic and I'll try and dig for you🐮👍💕 budgetcookinguk@gmail.com
I just wonder how often you’d want to recheck - to make sure it continues to be true. I’ve only bought organic milk for at least 15 years - but not necessarily always organic on other dairy products. I just prefer not to eat pesticides. Herbicides. Hormones. Other chemicals I don’t know about. 🤨 Thank you for the update.
Thanks Darling...I'm getting on, but I'd like to live longer, even colder, than the Government would like...so sorry for mums out their with kids...trying to mange, without poisoning their kids...who the hell do our politicians work for...scientist NOT 'Far right conspiracy theorist'
Hello, I dont know if you know about this, but there is a goverment petition to sign to 'call a general election', its nearly 3 million now, people who have signed it. It is a joy to watch the numbers getting higher, Happy Christmas to you and I wish you a great new year.
remember Thalidomide? - That was deemed safe by the “experts” as well. If you trust a "short term" study for a long term product that will be ingested for a lifetime you are either corrupt or very stupid. These opinions on "safety" are easily bought when huge profits are due to be made.
@ferdinand forget it, this is internet conspiracy theorists at its worst. I am not in the industry ,and I am someone who has serious concerns with additives and the like. That said, I also research what is being said and by whom. The 3nop is a component that goes into this product but is not in the product itself ( it is a reactant ) from what I can tell. 3nop is not in the milk or meat of the cow nor is the compound. This has been tested for 15 years, and the meat and milk would be tested for either 3 nop or the compound, that is part of trials I hate to tell you but a lot of the things you routinely eat or put on your skin have been treated with compounds that were created from cancer causing organic chemicals but are themselves safe. Makeup and cosmetics have products created from cancer causing chemicals like benzene and toluene, common food additives that have been used for many decades same way. When you make a compound like this it isn't like mixing sand and pebbles in a jar,it is a chemical reaction that creates a totally new compound. The reactants , in this case 3nop, propylene glycol, and silicon dioxide ( also known as sand) react probably with a catalyst to produce this compound. And like I said, when they test this they check the milk and meat to see if there is anything there that shouldn't be. 15 years is a long time. I understand the concerns and the food industry doesn't exactly make you warm and fuzzy. Issues like plastics leeching estrogen disruptors into liquids including water bottles, antibiotics used prophylactically in cattle and gmo grains that contain glysophate because they were grown sprayed with it are real concerns. Ferdinand, what is weird is the same ppl railing against this are ppl who think ozempic is this miracle weight loss drug and rush out to use it. I am careful with what I eat, I try to avoid GMO grains , I avoid things with carageen in them, I am careful with things w plastic and I try to eat organic when possible. But I also look at the facts and what I see here is misinformation on a grand scale.
@@njlaurenif you read the fsa’s assessment on 3-nop, it is actually found in the milk but they say it isnt high enough to cause problems. A little poison is still poison and will cause problems the more you use it. This is fertility were talking about, your health may be ok but your future kids wont
@justanotherguy4178 The studies I saw said there was no detectable level of the compound in the milk. That doesn't mean I think this stuff is a good idea, but I also think decisions have to be made on science , not conspiracy theories . The same people decrying this likely are eating crap they had carrageen in it or are drinking or eating from plastic containers that are leeching peet and other hormone disruptors into the food and drink.
Thankyou so much for keeping us updated🐮🐄🐮🐄🐮
It's a pleasure Phillipa👋😀💕
Not true could be wrong, but I shop at Lidl and it has Muller on the front of the carton. Their Butter also has Muller on the package.
Thankyou sooooooo much for this !!!
Big relief !

Great, but I live in Spain, would they be the same, I can not find anything on Internet ❤

I believe that Muller are trialling Bovaer as well.
Good to know. Thank You !! ❤
Funny how UK has approved it from 2022…as an additive…yet USA FDA has it marked as a drug!!! 🤷♀️
Thanks a lot for that info. ❤
Thank you .

It's NOT ok. IF IT'S GOT MULLER ON THE LABEL it has BOVAER.
You don't have a clue what you're talking about re Bovaer 3NOP.
Not that it matters 😂😂
