My Lolo made it till 99 and we were already preaparing for his 100th birthday party and will be the oldest Marikenyo ( Men from Marikina, the shoe capital of PH) living but then 3 days before he passed away on his sleep. No illness, his eyes are bright and clear, bingi nga lang si Lolo but his mind is still as good as your lola the only problem he had was his knees but no illness, it's just his time. Thank you for sharing your lola with us. Makes me miss my grandparents. ☺️ Stay strong Wil! God bless you! Raaaavaaaan teh!

My lola made it to 97!!! She still enrolled in a community college for Creative Writing at 92! And still killed it on the black jack tables in Vegas after suffering from a stroke when she was 94, This video reminds me of my lola Virginia and our awesome family gatherings in the Philippines!!! nope, my maternal gramma whom I was close to died at almost 4yrs ago at the age of 82 from cancer. I miss her all the time and seeing your vidoes with you lola just put a smile on my face :-) you're very fortunate to still have your lola around :-)

This reminds me of my family--father's side. My lolo and lola reached the age of 94. Sadly, my lolo was the first to pass away Dec. 2015. My lola couldn't bear the sadness and she followed a month later. Your lola reminds me very much of my lola Pilar. We used to call her our groovy lola. 😢

I don't know how old my grandparents were when they passed. They both lived in the PI. I was born and raised in Chicago, the last time I went there was over 25 years ago when I was 10. I don't have any relatives here either, except 1 uncle. I don't speak Tagalog but I can understand it. I'm so out of touch with the Filipino culture but watching your vlogs has made me want to! My lola made it to 97!!! She still enrolled in a community college for Creative Writing at 92! And still killed it on the black jack tables in Vegas after suffering from a stroke when she was 94, This video reminds me of my lola Virginia and our awesome family gatherings in the Philippines!!! nope, my maternal gramma whom I was close to died at almost 4yrs ago at the age of 82 from cancer. I miss her all the time and seeing your vidoes with you lola just put a smile on my face :-) you're very fortunate to still have your lola around :-)

This reminds me of my family--father's side. My lolo and lola reached the age of 94. Sadly, my lolo was the first to pass away Dec. 2015. My lola couldn't bear the sadness and she followed a month later. Your lola reminds me very much of my lola Pilar. We used to call her our groovy lola. 😢

I don't know how old my grandparents were when they passed. They both lived in the PI. I was born and raised in Chicago, the last time I went there was over 25 years ago when I was 10. I don't have any relatives here either, except 1 uncle. I don't speak Tagalog but I can understand it. I'm so out of touch with the Filipino culture but watching your vlogs has made me want to! Your editing is amazing too. I watch the vlogs of all the big names on TH-cam, but I really look forward to your videos the most!
