- One of the very first studies on board the space station characterized bone loss for crews flying long-duration missions. Results from this experiment may help investigators understand bone loss on Earth as well as in space. Lori Meggs with the station's Payload Operations Integration Center at the Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville caught up with Tom Lang, the lead scientist of the SubRegional Bone Investigation. He discussed his findings and what we're doing to counteract the affects of microgravity on bone tissue.
I can't wait until all of this research comes together to send someone to Mars!
hi thanks for the vid , bone depletion and space , as we are a radio reorganiser in energy dispersal as with graphite and a furnace have they depleted an Argon or noble gas response in their oxygen stirring they would make it but do they use it as it is one of the mane gasses on earth i think an argon plate of pressure will help stop that depletion but we are the graphite and space the furnace.
Do we need bone? Sharks do well with cartilage?
Interesting!!!
and there went My dream to move too the moon 😂😢
