Shante Topham you have to make the micro USB port straight
I just press & hold power button & volume button at the same for 10 - 15 secs. Charging will soon appear on screen 👍 & everything's back to normal.

My Tab4 also didn't work , I removed the back with an old creditcard and unplugged the battery cable for two minutes. After that the cable goes back and now my Tab4 is working fine again. Search for videos about how to remove the backside of the tablet.

Same mine for 3 years and im curious what I have in there but the problem on my tablet is that the 2 red,blue and green cables are out of the mother board I can still heard the noise when I touch tje tablet but the screen is all black
