Hey Raymond, I live in Griffin and I enjoy watching your videos of homes. I don’t know if you have ever toured another subdivision here in Griffin but it’s call Westminster Hills very nice. Also there is a brand new subdivision called Vineyard Park
I bought a fixer close to Vineyard park. Cheap. Renovated and I look forward to future equity. I enjoy griffin. Takes me 15 min to get to Fayetteville-which is MY Downtown lol!! Really though…it’s a great quaint, friendly, calm , quiet community with a great up and coming booming downtown area. Coffee shops, consignment shops, jazz clubs etc. it’s great! Thanks for spotlighting a nice community not far from Downtown Atl.
@@TD-dq5ux not so much. Black and white people basically. Socioeconomically it is diverse however. Lots of money in the county - (city too, I won’t slight them). Griffin city and county are viewed separately. Down to the trash and other utilities. Lots of beautiful acreage this way too--beautiful farmhouses (modern new) in the 300’ up. Scroll on Zillow u will see. I’m down here I see it! I got a great plot of dirt and a great house a great price. The surrounding towns are amazing and very affluent. 😊 access to great shopping in an30 min or less driving distance.
First I like the doors on the 1st home I think the information,the videos is my second stop I look forward to more tours I could be a transplant so lets see what happens...😊
I like the second house you’re right it would look nice with the island in the kitchen and I also like the yard spaces on the houses towards the front of the neighborhood
@leighdygeeSome parts are safe and some parts are not. The public school system is not the best. However it is what you make it. Fayette, and Coweta counties would probably be better options if you want your kids to be in a great public school system.
Likely to keep the cost of construction low so the price can remain competitive. However in the grand scheme it wouldn’t been too much but most things just comes down to cost and simplicity. Thanks for watching and commenting.

Thanks for showing homes 🏡 under 350k. Middle Georgia has new construction homes that are reasonably priced maybe you can show some homes 🏠there.

This is my neighborhood where I live one of the best communities in Griffin..
