I agree with most of what Ron is saying. The issue is people do want it legal. I wish FL lawmakers took the initiative to create laws to make it legal earlier. That would have been preferred. Now we got this Amendment because of the lack of the movement on the lawmakers.
We the people of Florida put this on for a vote. How many times have we tried and we never had enough signatures. We have them now. And we the people of Florida will vote. Desantis forgets how this started. actually he wasnt even our governor when we started gathering signatures

Write an amendment where marijuana is the same laws as alcohol and cigarettes. Marijuana is even healthier than cigarettes. Instead of criticizing an amendment you don't agree with, oppose your own.
