Very insightful instructional video with clear and simple explanations - thank you for posting. I am curious about author's opinion regarding the need for, and importance of bending knees and using legs to a) get under the ball and propel the ball; b) help keep dominant arm relaxed through the shot, and c) lower center of gravity to improve balance
When i get a ball that has a lot of back spin i try to stay confident and aim higher, but its straight up a 50/50 that i get a decent drop shot off of a ball that is hit to me with a lot of slice or it goes straight to the middle of the net.
You mean "less is more" in pickleball. But we get it :). Great tips. Yeah be nice to have your own ball machine. Our club bought one, but a guy is keeping it in his garage so far :(
