I have white coat syndrome so going to the doctor makes my blood pressure soar, but this was so calming and relaxing. I wish doctor visits were like this. But in the Sleep Clinic video posted last week I do wear a white lab coat, but, hopefully the calm nature of the video offsets any triggering visuals. 💜
