Also yes, it's true, no matter how close and open and accepting, by nature being with a man I feel more feminine, like I can't be masculine or show my masculine traits as much. A woman I'm more naturally myself, I don't play a role, but I can assert either sides of my masculinity or femininity as I feel natural, as it feels more even playing ground.

I can so relate to your girlfriend what she says about touch. I'm fully straight but a total gay community supporter of course. I have been jealous of women being attracted to women and envied them for having so much easier relationships. I feel like crying because I, too need physical touch non sexual touch in particular. I don't have that with a human. I have it with my dog Dave but not in the sense of having someone massage me or sort of take care of me because Dave is my baby and I don't want him to take care of me haha. I have cuddled with women but I didn't feel anything sexual or romantic or crush like. I have a crush on Vin Diesel which is so cliche haha but that's what my body and brain wants. But the problem is that men in general and particularly those who are very masculine (those are my type) they are rather rough and they don't know how to touch a woman. It's so sad. I want a chubby and naturally big and muscular teddy bear man who is very masculine but at the same time respectful, gentle, supportive, tender minded, caring, compassionate and who loves dogs. So hard to find this. I don't trust men anymore I could cry about that forever. Most men I meet are violent.
