Robin San! Can't wait for van life, I know you'll achieve it soon. Best wishes from Puerto Rico 🤍🇵🇷 I used to work at starbucks !, its definitely not as high class as in japan
your storytelling and editing is top shelf. That's why you will continue to build on your success. you will reach your year end goal if you continue down this current path - san
Robin, nobody would be mad if you got the van. It would make your life so much better and much warmer. I live in Oregon USA and the weather is almost the same. It's cold so I hope you get the van Robin you're not fat you're thick! Lol😂
Nomad-San: At least you've got some meat on your bones and not like a ten year old boy. You really need a van vs bike. I can't imagine living 24/7 in the cold. I've got my thermostat jacked up to 70 during the day and wearing long underwear shirts under my thick fleece shirts. I can''t imagine living without central heat. Good videos, nice to see a slice of Japanese life. Right now I'm looking for a GOOD curry paste. Can't get enough of Thai curry, particularly on these now cold days in South Elgin, IL., USA. Peace and good karma.
I find really skinny scrawny men (like my ex) so unattractive, you’re right Robin isn’t *at, he’s well fed and that’s not a bad thing, if he was scrawny he’d never survive the cold. I’m sure charts might say his size isn’t someone’s idea of ‘healthy’ but he looks healthy to me and what’s he supposed to do without a kitchen, he could do a whole lot worse eating than he does 😁 So often media tells us what we’re supposed to be, the majority of the time it’s unrealistic and makes a lot of people miserable and negative about themselves…that can’t be healthy 🤷🏼♀️
@@lilacscentedfushias1852Hate to burst your bubble, but.. The media is correct, being large is unhealthy, think about it, have you ever seen an obese caveman? There's a reason why we develop health problems if we're large, like diabetes or joint issues.
Perhaps you are one who will help Japanese people become more laid back. I'm responding to the Starbucks comment. You have an awesome energy, and personality my friend. ❤
I think you’ve done enough, Robin-san, on the bike. It’s tippy because of the load, friend. Time for a van! Let us help fundraise. Just set a target. ❤ You can still visit the prefectures. Want you to be safe and healthy. You could resume bike in summer, no?
Almost 180k! 🥳 Let's reach 200k by the end of 2024! 🎉 Winter is harsh, I worked part-time outside during the last Winter, the cold can freeze you to the bones, stay warm Robin san. Please stay safe when it's bad weather, don't use your Moped san when it's too bad, we rather have one Video less than you getting hurt. 🖤 Congrats, almost 1/4 of the journey is completed! 8:12 that view is wonderful, and the Dunes at 9:30 were so crazy. Riding the Worm-san sounds so wrong, we are one episode late for that part 🤣 Im really glad you have a Sleeping bag, it must be super cold right now, stay safe and stay warm Robin-san.
I’m a teacher and I don’t teach full time now but my most hated part was always playtime duty in the cold…I have dysautonomia so I can’t control my body heat either so that doesn’t help. I’m at home wrapped in my blanket with the heating on and I’m a bit chilly 🥶 so I don’t know how you did it. My grandad did it full time, we always said his Ukrainian genes helped 😂 clearly they missed me 😂
@@lilacscentedfushias1852 Dysautonomia sounds awful in cold and warm weather, I totally understand staying inside wrapped up like a butterfly still in the pupa stage (when they all wrapped up). Last Winter I took this Job selling Veggies during Winter time, I had to stay inside this wooden open shed waiting for people, all I had was a cheap 10$ electric fan that can also produce some low heat, not nearly enough to keep me warm. 😂Since I am not good at dealing with extreme hot or cold weather, even though I am Italian, so heat shouldn't be an issue, I ended up working dressed like the indigenous people from the North Pole. 😂😂😂☃
Your a Good Soul, your subscribers is the testament of that. Your channels has grown so much and your viewers has grown to care very much for you. Congrats on your continued success!
I recently discovered your channel and I enjoy following your journey. I really hope that your dreams come true. I just now joined as member on the highest tier, as well!
I like the fact that you focus primarily on the quality of the video rather than the views. I really like that humble attitude of yours. Please don't get money hungry like "some" other youtubers.
IT 25 degrees here, we are having boiler issues currently, and I'm bundled up in my house. This only highlights, for me , how tough the winter will be for you being homeless. please take care of yourself Robin!
@ no problem at all, I remember when ours wasn’t working for a couple of days…not pleasant! I don’t know how we coped years ago, as a child we had a gas fire in the living room and that was all! There would be ice on the inside of the single glazed windows, we always wore a cardigan in bed too 😂 I’d never cope now x stay warm and say & have a good weekend x
Thank you for your amazing videos. I lived in Japan for 6 years and your videos take me back to that wonderful time. I lived in Chiba-Ken and Saitama-Ken so I’m looking forward to when you visit those prefectures 🙏🏻 keep up the amazing work man!
He gave good advice Robyn San. I will do ate to tour van fund. I watch you everyday, my kids watch you to. You have such a loving kind personality. Please let us help you.
Riding so close to the edge of the road makes me so nervous!! Be confident in your road position and stay further away from the edge. You are more visible and less likely to be pushed off the road by a dangerous overtake
Sorry that I can't contribute financially, but been watching your vids and they calm me down after work, so I wanted to thank you nonetheless. That said, I'm sure the YT algorithm has got your back if I found you, and you will surely reach 200k this year. You could definitely get 1m in the future, too. Thank you san
I love watching your videos man, it's great to see Japan and Japanese culture from the eyes of a local and not all the bells and whistles that westerners usually see! Good luck on your van man, van life in japan seens like it would be very enjoyable!
Here's a fun bit of English vocabulary. In hang gliding, the practice of taking your glider to the beach and floating around at the sand dunes is called "dune gooning". When the wind comes in from the ocean and hits the dunes it creates a wind current that's good for practicing. You can take off from the ground and float around.
When I’m in Japan, I love and adore the local coffee shops. ❤ But I must admit that wherever I go that has Starbucks….I visit and get the local specialty drinks and food only. It’s fun!! Also, Robin San, you’re the MOST hip dude on moped San in the entirety of Japan. My favorite place in the universe.
Im from canada and in the winter I would use a poncho to cut the wind. It is very effective as a wind breaker. If you buy a large one you can drape it over your handlebars to help keep your hands out of the wind as well. Something to think about.
You need a van with solar, and van life gear. Japan has world famous used Toyota RV's, and used camping vans. Some of the best RV vans anywhere. I used to own a Scooter dealership and maintenance shop. I wish I was closer to you than America..., I really want to hook up your bike. It needs charge ports for your riding gear and a transmission kit for the up hill runs. Love the channel. Be safe Robin-San.
You should start an INTERNATIONAL Travel vlog, trying food and cultures as a Japanese man!!!! This will ensure your channel lasts YEARS!!!! Who agrees?
If you watched him, dude been saying he can not take the risk since he watch other vlogger fails since traveling. I watch him cause he's homeless like me. Maybe sponsor him instead of making a suggesting he already shut down.

Getting a Van It's a good idea I see a lot of Japanese mini vans that people use as stealth campers. Hello from Jim Thorpe, Pennsylvania USA
Lovely rainbow around 16 mins.
Seeing a new video pop up, makes for an awesome Saturday morning! It's about 20 degrees(fahrenheit) here in NY! Keep up the great work bro!!
