Can we use public ip address for this purpose rather than wifi ip address. So that instead of connecting all devices with wifi i want to send this type of message over mobile network ip address.

В данный момент это реализовано через Join (направляется сообщение в Join, Tasker реагирует на сообщение). Но, полагаю, удобнее будет направлять сообщения в Tasker напрямую.

Is there any tutorial that can open a specific app and find restaurants and take a screenshot and send to specif people like WhatsApp?

You could, yes. Using the public IP address of your mobile network actually works with this, at least on my network provider...
That's terrific. How do you get your Interactive phone screens onto your computer?
I capture the screens on the phones and then edit both screens together :)
