What is special about this tech that people didn't already know? Any time you meaty against a move that isn't invincible, they can't hit you (which is well known). Is it that they didn't know you had time to DI him on wakeup?

There's been a lot of complaining about amnesia recently so it'll be cool to see what sort of strategies people come up with to deal with it. I have a feeling a few months from now people might think very differently about very characters and options.

Can someone please explain this for a layman? When JP is in burnout, you can land a guaranteed DI in the corner after he wakes up by killing some frames and doing a meaty DI to hit on 24th - 26th frames?
@@chadconnolly1138Not all characters get guaranteed button into drive rush to beat Amnesia. He explains this with Chun Li who does not have that privilege with any button so a frame kill is needed to time it consistently.

Explanation: JP's Amnesia starts on frame 3. If you time your DI to hit precisely on frame 1 or 2 of his wakeup, he cannot use this move to escape.

Oh my! I'm going to start practicing this immediately. I never really thought about labbing out frame kill setups for a timing like that.
I really hope Nemo becomes the strongest because he's willing to share information and make everyone else stronger so the level keeps going higher

I didn't learn how to beat Amnesia from this video. If anything it taught me the usefulness of regular Amnesia.
