Very nice video ❤️🙏
Very good. thanks.
If you're not amateurs of table tennis, you can't be professionnal
I understand the concept , i suggest you re-do with a timer/ultra slow motion camera.
As one famous coach said, you need to roll the ball over the edge of the racket. To do this, you must first hit the ball into the edge and then roll it over the edge. For training, I draw a target point from the edge of the racket, teach the skill of hitting the edge of the racket with the ball, after that it remains only to roll the ball. This movement is like flipping through a book with a racket.
Terima kasih infonya
"Here's what professionals do that amateurs don't." Uh . . . bad haircuts?
Take a look at yourself horsu
I really want to understand this concept, as i recognize the first stroke he makes alot. I have the movement but the "holding" of the ball is not there.
He says direction of shot should out towards the guy standing in the far backhand corner. But i dont get it, this will send the ball out? I really dont get it, i wish u could link the actual video to fang bo channel..
U got it wrong i believe.
Feng said that many amateurs understand concept of rotating waist and pulling arm. The key to become more efficient is to not fully rotate the waist while arm is in 50% of movement.
Its muscle memory issue. You have to keep tension in your waist until the whole shot is complete.
I am playing for 5y and still catch myself on looping just like Feng said ( body is already rotated and hand still left 30% of movement.)
This is complicated. But it helped abit when u explain now. So what you mean is a "problem" among amatures is that hip rotation is finished, while arm swing still havent finished?
I thought that was ideal, like whip function, arm doing the "last bit of work".
But he was saying something about aim and direction wasent he? I wish i could understand better.
Can u try explain in one more way how you feel feng says it should be?
VItal vital lesson. I am making exactly this mistake.
