    The koobi and palm oil will really give the pepper sauce that local taste that will make one person finish that pot of jam😂I like the idea of steaming the pepper first before using it. Enjoy

    Looks good… why do u remove the skin of the tomatoes? That’s where the fiber and the smokiness to enrich the stew

      Because it was roasted, the skin burnt and adding it to the dip will make the dip feel sandy

    Nice recipe dear fine guy but waitoo why do most ghanians like eating from the morter to the habit of even pouring oil into the morter instead of the opposite mmh🤔

      The earthenware does not only serve as a "morter", but as a serving dish as well. Quite frankly, I think it's unique and beautiful.
