@@chick3nwingz530 don't think he did force it, from what i can tell looking at craftofexile it's just a 35% chance, most of the outcomes are useable although that one is definitely the best. I guess if he got a bad outcome you're kinda screwed since warlord exalt is only useable on a non-influenced item. I suppose you could try to prefixes can't be changed -> reforge speed over and over again until you get good attack speed AND the warlord's suffix but that would be super expensive and you'd probably get unlucky and fill the suffixes before you hit what you want with that method. In which case you would have to yolo annul and 50/50 removing a prefix instead. if the annul missed you'd have to start from scratch but without the ability to warlord exalt this time, probably just give up on the warlord mod at that point
what does he mean with: "I have to anul this its an attack modifier" is there a way to remove the ele damage prefix without removing the other mods if it wasn't an attack modifier?
@@birthdayzrock1426 okey I searched about cannot roll attack mods and it works but with an annul if you use an scour it removes all the mods, but the "cannot roll attack mods" is respected with an annul as in, the attack mods won't be rolled to be annuled. Anyway thanks for letting me now about this crafted mod.

cannot roll attack mods -> scour. this keeps the 2 attack prefixes and removes the rest.
