Gran juego que será una gran serie.Lo comparó con Combat Commander en calidad y disfruté.Gracias al diseñador por este excelente juego.Gracias por el vídeo.
Really cool interview. Amazing how fast he can move through the game and talk about the rules. I cant say I know the rules that well for any of the games I own. wish I did. thanks for doing this Stuka Joe..
I wasn't too interested in this game when I first heard about it but, after seeing it demonstrated in this video, I will definitely keep this one in mind for a future purchase. Thanks for the convention videos, Joe. :)
The best tutorial I've yet seen, and once again "straight from the horse's mouth". I'm really licking my chops to get in a few plays of this!!!! Thanks, Stuka Joe!!!
@@StukaJoe It is truly amazing how smoothly the conversation goes, knowing that it's extemporaneous!!! I would have expected many more ums, ers, and pauses to think! But it almost goes as if scripted!!! Well done, both you and Mike!!
Thanks again, Stiglr. I have to tip my hat to Mike. He is very passionate about his design and rightly so. He has been able to simulate the simultaneous nature of small unit combat in a way that is both realistic and also very playable. A truly innovative design, in my opinion. I think we will see more designs in the future using this mechanic.
Nice video. I like the time mechanic and the way fire actions are resolved simultaneously. The initiative decided by die roll could create a balance problem like we see in OST maybe? I need to understand that mechanic better maybe.
There are some limited reaction options you can do even if you don't have the Initiative. Even if the player with Initiative doesn't want to do anything, he has to activate a platoon, do nothing, and then call for reaction, giving the inactive player a chance to perform limited reactions as allowed.
Impressive game system. Confess that I did not P500 this game because of the lower solitaire value. I notice from the game's page at the GMT site that the US mortar units were misprinted, and there is almost an entire page of errata, so I hope there will be a 2nd printing, since I think I'll order it then.
Great video! I have the game but this helps a lot to better understand the rules as well as the why's behind the rules. I have also already pre ordered the next game in the series. One thing that might be cool is to develop a method to convert ASL games into LHY games sunce there are so many ASL scenarios to choose form and so few LHY scenarios to date. Yes, it would be a bit of apples vs oranges comparison between the two games but still maybe doable.
Such a fast and elegant system. I'm glad I purchased it. Another fantastic video. Thanks, Stuka Joe.
Great job Joe & Mike! I completely missed the second level of suppression by fire in the rules, so this was great to see Mike explaining things.

Great introduction by the designer himself. Thanks for the video!

Great game with a unique sequence of play and activation. Can't wait for the Airborne game. Dick Winters at Brécourt Manor!

Don't wait. There's nothing major enough to forestall your enjoyment.
