😮😊 thank you vvv much for your hard work you are the 💥💨 boom. A natural at making things in the shed and the vids and the knowledge info learnings behind it all .. even if you haven't figured it all out from your internet adventure s yet 😂🤞👌👌👍💥
    Thank u . Dutchhy

Just a suggestion, a flow dynamic regulator based on geometry is a cool thing to design and to play with, but in this case it may be an overkill. Any type of generator (mechanical-electric) is designed to work most efficiently in a specific range. The most pertinent example is the Tesla Turbine, even it Tesla designed it to work extremely efficiently in very specific (and quite narrow) RPM range, outside of that range it will work but efficiency drastically drops. In your particular case, it may be worth to control the load on the generator via a small battery/super-cap bank ( assuming small surges ) instead trying to engineer on the wood-gas supplying side.

I appreciate your comment, Hmm i understand what you mean , good point. I was making it 3x as big as necessary because the pressure of the vacuum cleaner pump might only produce 30 to 100 mb . Maybe even lower at full load . En the bigger the membrane the smaller the difference wil be right

What if you just link the speed of the blower (that pushes air into the gasifier) to the outputpower?
This way you're producing more gas at higher pressure when you need more power. And less gas when you need less kW's.
      Just an idea...

@TerrorTubbie666 it's a good one .I thought about that aswell, im gonna use a negative pressure swich so when the generator starts the blower turns on en the other way around, en let the regulator do the flow control, seems it needs some measurements like pressure drop en flow rate to make up for the pressure drop with pwm en a micro controller 🤔. The ardrino air fuel ratio meter does work, but I don't like the 300mm+ pressure drop in the system. This limits the engine power , i believe that when they both used it, it wil work better

if you were to have a plastic cylindar with one end cut off, a second to slide within ... fill bottom with water, slide other within with inflow and outflow lines...
can store gas safely inbetween gasifyer and motoe with pressure of gravity of top cylindar weight and no oxygen mixing.
      😇😎😇

would have to be able to hold gas production volume for time of operation, of course.

I highly appreciate your kind words, glad you find it useful for your projects. if you want something en don't have or want to spend the money to bay it you have to figure out how to make it from what you have . In my case its scrap . Greetings

@@oscarverwey It will be useful to me when I have succeeded in making a stable and durable wood gasifier. This is exactly what I'm doing at the moment, my prototypes are made from gas bottles, water heater tanks and all kinds of recovered scrap metal.

@shlagueurdetek5197 . Interesting! What kind do you make ? Imbert, t
Stratified. Single ore dual air beld nozzles? I can help you if you like to make a low tar ore evenn a zero tar gasiffier . Greetings

I started with an imbert, I was able to produce gas, power a generator (smdo hx6000) but I do not produce enough electrical power (1100w - 190v), I have problems sliding the wood (45min maximum operation) and I have a lot of tar in the gas. I built a filtering system (wet sccruber + radiator + cellulose wadding filter) but I still have too much tar in the gases after sccruber (my fan gets clogged quickly). the cellulose wadding filter works perfectly, the gases are completely clean at the outlet. In a few weeks I will start a new prototype like that of Olivier Guerin, which looks very promising. my filtering system will be more durable with this design.
Your videos are already a very valuable help.

@shlagueurdetek5197. I recognise al your experiences. If you like I can give you some simple tips en some pdf's i believe are the most fundamental for achieving low en tar free gas . My email address is . Greetings

I already have one en it works .the only thing is that anything that runs on compressed air pre steam is horribly inefficiënt lol
