After seeing Mileena's MK11 ending, she genuinely wants to be accepted by Kitana as her sister and in Kitana's Deadly Alliance or Deception ending, she redeems Mileena & offers her a place in her royal court alongside Jade. I hope that in MK12, Kitana convinces Mileena to discard her evil psycho ways.

The thing is, Skarlet also wants to usurp Sindel as Shao Khan's new bride, but she'll likely die from the blood magic curse first (ala Reiko after blood cleric Havoc betrayed him by revealing that by becoming imbued with blood magic & desiring to be a Blood God, Reiko was fated to be killed from the inside out).
The first one dialogue reminded me of MK9
Hate to say it, I think MKX Mileena is the best iteration of her of all time. Look wise with the lips and character wise being much more sensible, calculated, overall goals making sense. Just feels like this was a step back by changing her look more, and her personality

I think it's the savage look or way that Tarkatans act that makes her sick. The only time she mentions Tarkatans looks is when she is insulted by one in regards to her looks.
It's interesting that with Sindel and Skarlet, they're the only two where Mileena's s voice doesn't sound crazed or angry.
With Sindel, she has one intro were she sounds hopeful because Sindel accepts her as her daughter. And in another, she sounds desperate to please Sindel.
And with Skarlet in the Half Breed intro, Mileena sounds genuinely hurt and tired when she assumes Skarlet will mock her for her blood.
sindel and shao kahn defending mileena is very interesting to me.
