This is good stuff, a lot of similar discussions are made in therapy and counselling, how we look to stop looking at life, situations, circumstances through a particularly biased "lens" and look through a fresh perspective without our preconceptions and see it for what it is, we can move past or realise so much isnt such an issue, or as bad as we thought it is!
