Are the new annex’s being made now the lightweight versions? I heard the op4 is very difficult to pack up with the annex attached. We pick up ours next week in the states, but we’re told our annex is on back order and will be shipped to our house.
Thats all good and well beleive me people once they get your $$$$ they leave you for dead i got lots of issues with my camper called numerous times they say they will call back and never do shit customer service
Where are you located? Who have you called? At Set Up Camp we pride ourselves on customer service so if we have fallen down somewhere I need to get it fixed immediately

@@cruiznforabruizntravelaust6141 Ok thanks for the response. These guys definitely are not affiliated with Set Up Camp. We are a dealer separate to OPUS. Are you located in Vic? I am happy to get you in contact with someone at Braeside which is the head office. If you search for Set Up Camp on Facebook, send me your details and I will have it followed up.
@@SetUpCamp thats all good and well but they sell the products which is the opus brand its all a blame game dont take responsibility for the product they sell average if you ask me
@@cruiznforabruizntravelaust6141 I don't disagree, but I am just making sure that comments made on our TH-cam page, particularly ones made around poor customer service are clarified as I don't want people to associate your poor experience with our personal brand. My offer remains open to follow through with OPUS on your behalf.
Thank you for sharing. Does the annex attachments come with a zippered mesh screen?
Nice camper, I keep waiting for horror stories about deflation in the middle of a thunderstorm but so far so good.
