Necromancer has higher top end when it comes to endgame items, inquisitor comes online earlier in midgame so just depends how long you plan on playing/devoting to the build.
Look at my comment, if you want reliable and cheap variant go armor/ block , when I started it used items found on the ground and was ok then I invested decent amount of currency to switch to evasion /spell suppress and was extremely disappointing 😞.
Hi , I watched the video because I have the same character and I was hoping to see where I'm doing wrong 😂.Turn out I'm not the character is the problem. my version is with max 77 el res , 84 chaos res all over caped, spell suppress over 100 ,bleed and corrupted blood immune,all ele immune ,800 life/es regen with enduring cry goes 2700 , 57 phys taken as fire , 50 ele taken as chaos , determination, grace,vitality, summon squit bots , defiance banner,5k life and feels squishy as archer with closer to 0 single target dps 😂 hooorrible !!! Before I switch to spell suppress I played it with only armor stacking and max spell/atack block was waaaaay better, so I do recommend to try a block/ armor variant personally is miles better!
😂 this is after checking and rechecking 😂 before I was using holy relic and stone golem instead of shield charge and brand/desecrate so I lost decent chunk of life regeneration i will test it on evasion/ spell suppress and will see how it goes 😂
@yaaaamaaaa if you have enough experience, just watch all ventura videos about this build . In the beginning, it feels good , but I will say again, pay attention to any details from ventura videos ! Just follow everything step by step, and you will be fine ! Just to let you know 2 of the items are veery expensive , amulet and one of the rings , and for craft the weapon you need to unlock recipe from Vagan from betrayal , my personal experience was horrible unlocked all posible recipes , but not the one i need , bad luck maybe , so if you have to buy weapon already crafted prepare near 20 divs only for weapon!!! My personal opinion is that with enough investment is a very good build ! Yes, it is SSF viable if you play 16 hours on a daily basis or you are God gamer, and every click is calculated! I personally level my character to 91 on armor/ block variation and felt very good because it is easy to block cap all nodes are close to your starting point. Just add Tempest Shield ! Overall is good , you just need to know what you are doing, if you go for it wish you gl and hf ! If you look for something easy and chill, strongly recommend pohx rf chieftain ! Hope this was helpful !
@deiv3721 you cannot compare Ben with anybody else 😀 he is like robot every click is calculated weeks ago 😀, anyway decided to make the test and exactly replicate ventura final version of the start this league, to be sure what I'm talking about is not thin air 😉 so result : approx 100 div investment maybe bit more result unsatisfied!!! Why ? Damage uptime !!! This is melee! You move to dodge - no Damage, move because you not sure you will survive- no damage!! To be optimal you need deep knowledge of the game and forsee every boss move or ability!!! So you need years of experience, insane knowledge of the game and dodge/ mechanical abilities !! What I do recommend after 100 divs in been and time lost to lvl up the character , better go and buy MB now exactly 105d on the market 😀 😉 and enjoy the game !
as a casual player, this was a disaster of league starter. I'm still in act 7 and now the gems are priced beyond reasonable reach for my horrible build.
You typically won’t be buying much until you have a little currency. I would farm your lancing steel of spraying since it’s much easier to get and buy your DD of Chain Reaction when you hit maps.
Check out Ventura's guide on this build. It's very in depth and makes it pretty hard to mess up. The build is fairly complicated and there are several mechanics that make it work. Missing any one of them bricks the build. OP here does a good job with the summary, but Ventura does a better deep dive. Just FYI in case you want to try to save the build instead of rerolling.

as a casual player this was a disaster of a league starter for me. I'm still in act 7 and now the gems are priced out of reach.
I farmed them. Took me a day. Had bad rng too. Just farm merciless lab.
You can literally farm normal lab as well. So easily fixed.

You can ssf most of the gear. Ventura has a really good guide on how to graveyard craft all the gear.

you can self farm the gems in around 2-3hrs in lab, also you ain´t supposed to swap until the end of the campaign
