  • This amazing 30-day challenge will make the little ones burn fat, tone the muscles and strengthen their core!
    The core's muscles are responsible for maintaining body's balance and stability and it's also the part of the body that gives support to all of our movements, that's why kids need to exercise these muscles, making them stronger. This is an all-mat exercise routine that focuses on the core and is a combination of dynamic mat and Pilates-like exercises. The routine will be done in two sets to increase the effectiveness of the exercises.
