    Kenan k Luis doesn't charge because he is a good man trying to help others could he make money yes but I believe if you do good that some good will come to you. I wish everyone was like him we have to work together and help each other out there is plenty of work for everyone and if everyone stuck together these motor clubs would not do what they do to the towing business. If you are honest and good to people you will have work. Luis thanks for all the videos and good luck with your business I hope things get better.

    This video is a perfect example of what I’m going through now. I’m hoping with the advertising I’m putting out, I can hopefully back away from motor clubs.
    Thank you for your input

    The other thing if you are just thinking of starting to tow, go to your competitors try for there overflow, I don't have a wrecker yet but do about 125 calls a winter to help out the tow operators in my area, but thinking of getting into the business soon on there request as they always seem to need help throughout the year.

    How about you do about $1500 in calls and you got that
    Money 💰 all ready counted as
    Ready to use for your bills but
    When you check it’s short about $500 because you didn’t get all your in route miles or
    The extra fees for the winch that was approved by the on site dispatch supervisor and to top that off they call your company the next day and ask can you pick up a vehicle from a impound yard and pay the fees and we will re-inverse you’re company for all charges or can you do a two way tow for us that you will only receive the price of one ☝️
    YOU HAVE TO BE ON POINT
    AT ALL TIMES 👁

    We just dropped NSD. We still work with NAC (best group in our opinion), honk, urgent.ly, quest, road America, pinnacle and a few other small groups. We still are waiting on Agero after 11 months but unsure about them.

    • @Fasttowpro
      @Fasttowpro 5 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Went thru the same thing, Agero has a lot of red tape.

    • @chrisderiggi6432
      @chrisderiggi6432 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      How is Agero on acceptance? I would only want to use them for fill in work. Are they tough on a 75% acceptance?

    • @Fasttowpro
      @Fasttowpro 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@chrisderiggi6432 honestly I don't use them enough to verify that but just like any other motor club the more you accept the better they treat you that's kind of why they suck. I can't tell you from my experience with them they are quick to try to find another company if that means anything

    What’s your thoughts about private property impounding?

    • @towuniverse2443
      @towuniverse2443  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      PPI are good $$$$$$$$$$ Just get ready to be one of those companies with 1 star reviews. Im very selective on the PPI I do because people are so quick to jump on line and leave negative reviews, even when they re in the wrong.

    • @lamborghini5510
      @lamborghini5510 5 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      That’s what I figured good money but they all have low bad reviews. But if you get a good chunk of ppi contracts and they keep you busy your reviews won’t matter anymore. But retail business/cash calls will decrease

    • @towuniverse2443
      @towuniverse2443  5 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      @@lamborghini5510 if i was to do ppi i would start a second company to do just that.

      A whole new company and different trucks? Or just the same company under two different names?

    • @ryanforrester2292
      @ryanforrester2292 5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yea start a new company and do it I did the same thing cause you don’t want your company looking like a bad guy unless it’s known for repo and private property towing even thou they know there wrong for parking where your still going to be the bad guy 🤷🏾‍♂️

    Hi im just starting out in the towing business in las vegas. I was car mechanic for 12 years before this.
    I've purchased a gmc top kick with cat 6113 diesel , manual transmission, flat bed truck. Looking at hiring a driver to do days 8am till 6pm then il pick up from 6pm till 1am as im still working to fund the business venture
    Whats your rates you charge normal customers for on hook and milage fees and what rates do you charge the motor clubs
    Also what rates do you pay drivers

    What would be the ideal business card what should it say ?

    • @towuniverse2443
      @towuniverse2443  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      I like business cards to be short and to the point. Mine say towing and recovery in the front with my number very large. On the back it says light, medium, heavy towing, with a list of the roadside services I offer. Make it easy to read and easy one eyes. Too many business cards have way too much going on and can be distracting

      Lamborghini !! We used university.tutelarymarketing.com/local-listing-ninja/ so we didn’t have to pay for monthly seo and ads. It’s worked ok so far to where we get 4-5 natural calls.

      Just set up a listing, over time your ll come up on the first page. That is the cheapest way possible. Ive got and SEO guy that works for me and he does the more involved stuff.
