I just found my DVD of this! Billy Blanks is the OG Insanity. I did this throughout high school in the late 90s. It's still a great cardio workout. I did it today and I feel like I did Insanity. Tae Bo is timeless! I hope the do an anniversary release of the original set.

First time doing this and it’s a great night workout when you feel like you want to get in some cardio around night hours. I advise you to do this ,it’s great. Not too intense and not too easy.
Yes do a mix of both. I love these tae Bo videos but lifting actual weights is gonna help “tone” your body by adding muscle. I lift weights full body sessions 3x a week and do Tae Bo 2x a week. Perfect combination 😊

I did his workouts I got really skinny but did not tone up at all. I think I need to lift heavy weights
You can also use some weights (2kg each) concurrently, it improves grip muscles.
