My favorites are the older ones , mainly get ripped tae bo ll This one I feel the cardio is too slow and I like doing my weight training separate. That's my point of view ,is the first time I do this combo ,I could see the results tomorrow . I do love Billy blanks and his workouts ❤❤❤

Making past that 25 minute mark is a fucking milestone, dear lord. And why does he randomly make you do jumping knee kicks after 20 mins of weights lol. I love Billy. He kicks your ass. I can finally do this whole video from start to finish, only pausing to wipe off my sweat haha
Very good workout--that combination around 28:31 was challenging! Did this with the floor workout of the good old Advanced tape and of course it all ripped. Tae BO works like nothing else I've ever done.

I bought the first set of Tae Bo workouts and that is how I lost the weight after my baby. I have to say, the counting is such a hindrance to the beat. You can use a counter at the bottom of the screen if you need to count... I was impressed by the workout though... The sad part is the counting is so annoying I don't think I'll do it again. Also, Billy; you seem so cranky. I miss seeing you be more encouraging and uplifting.
If you breath on the same cadence as their counting, it really helps improve your breathing throughout the workout. Which as you may or may not know, fresh oxygen to your muscles help with your endurance i.e if you breath correctly during the reps, you last a bit longer than if you don't breath properly

Then at the end when he rips her one last time, I remembered why I never did this one when I had the video. It like painful.
I think “abuse” is a little harsh. I’ve seen him be much tougher on a guy named “Peter” in one of his videos. You stopped it, so you can find another workout that suits you.
One of my fav Billy banks video and most challenging. I only attempt this on a good day when im in good form😊

The counting helps with your breathing, and helps with your cardio. I learned how to control my breathing while running through Tae Bo.
