I wrote this song about 11 years ago with the intent to share my testimony of The Book Of Mormon. I've heard alot of renditions of the song on youtube. I've also received alot of emails and requests to hear the original. I hope this may also put to rest the rumors that this was written by others. This is my testimony, and no matter who sings or plays it we are "all" doing our part to build the kingdom. Please leave a comment or feel free to email me at nelaotuafi@yahoo.com

I love this song, I’m no longer a believer but the sincerity, humility and striving to be something better, like the great men in the stories is something I relate to.
Something powerful in looking at yourself and the short comings and having the hope of being a better person.

I really don't know how many times we can play this song in our house but it never gets old no matter what! We sing harmonize to it. It's really beautiful and really would like to play it for my brother serving in NZ! The testimony that you share really does uplift those who feel down and we really do feel the spirit when we hear it! Two missionaries in our area performed this song and it just reminds you to push forward and to turn to Heavenly Father when we need it because He knows.Thank you!!

My son is serving a mission in Chile and wish he could hear it while there. I would be happy to just be a fly on the wall. I'm proud of every young man and woman who sacrifices to serve. Go get 'em Elders!

While perusing TH-cam a few weeks ago, Iam Tongi and his dad introduced me to this song. I've grown to love it. It is now part of my Sunday playlist. The ukulele accompaniment is nice but the piano accompaniment is so beautiful. Thank you, Brother Otuafi, for writing such a beautiful, inspiring song. I hope you submitted this song to be included in the new hymnbook.

I just discovered this song last week when my son sent a recording of him and his companion and another missionary performing it. I didn’t think a ton of it at first for some reason. I listened to it again, and then a third time. I cried because I felt the spirit so strongly. This song is beautiful and I thank you for writing it and sharing it. I love all the renditions I’ve heard and I’m obsessed with it. My favorite is the accompaniment of a ukulele or two. I find myself walking around the house and singing it all the time.
Unbelievably powerful!!! Not all Hymns are in the green book!! This one with enough momentum might just make the next edition!! :) Or at least be added to the Children's Song book no doubt!!

I believe that the spirit spoke so strongly that day and that one of the blessings to come from this tragedy is that many of his peers will be prompted to realign or recommit themselves to do the right.
