can it do it ?..prob, should you do it ?..no. the rear pto hp is not much. you will tear the rear pto up sooner or later. i spent a ton of cash to fix the b2100 i own, and i know all to well what it can do..and what it should not do. i had a hard time locating a 4ft bh for mine ( this is what tractor data calls for on this model ), so i went with a 3ft instead, plenty pto power to run a 3 ft bh. that 5ft bh is going to tear your b2100 up...mark my these words for later on.
I would love to see a comparison video next time of the belly mower on the Kubota and the brush hog. How they each handle the tall thick grass and the cut quality :)
The PTO HP is about 17 on this little beasty,,, Not sure what the BH is rated at, but remember just because you can don't mean you should. If I recall the rule of thumb it is 5 HP per foot of PTO equipment so in reality a 48 incher is what you should be running, a 60 incher is just a tad to big and drop the mower deck down and pull it up the hill you were lifting the front wheels off the ground.
