Ford Navigation, no voice prompts Thoroughbred Ford

Created on June 30, 2012 using FlipShare.Some of our customers have complained of not being able to hear the voice prompts on the navigation system. Sometimes they have been shut off and some times they have been turned down.

Thank you for your instructions. In your second step you only had to press the Menu to get to the voice control. My system you have to press Menu and the "Feedback" settings, then I can adjust the volume control. The volume control was all the way down and that's what cause my no volume. Thank you for getting me in the right venue.⛳😁

My wife depends on the voice to help while she's driving. I couldn't figure it out, and found your perfect video!!!

Wow who knew, thank you for the info... it was driving me crazy not having the NAV. Talk to me while driving. Thank you for this help.

I have sync 3 and having the same issue. do you have any videos for sync 3?

I have a 2009 Ford Escape with Navigation. When I try and use Navigation thr location isn't close to where I'm at so It doesn't work? Any ideas?
