I've recently got this for vr..one of the best vr experiences there is. I'd say after a few weeks I'm starting to get to intermediate level..I watch these beginner tips videos incase I've missed something. Tip 13 is spot on. Don't rush the game..I spent the first few days at the first natives camp and learned how to survive and after a certain point u will start to flourish. Its a brilliant game 👍
We bought this game today with some friends, we played for 5 hours and we could barely keep our heath above 50% We couldn't do anything else! Run find some bananas or meat, then back to base to sleep and eat, and all over again! We couldn't find time to do something else...

Most videos I've seen are overwhelming as well but not yours. I actually learned a lot. I feel like I have a chance this time haha. Fixing to go put my newly acquired knowledge to good use. Thanks for the tips feels a little like forest but I admit better got not long ago and already died by a snake XD im just taking my time with game you also deserve more subs that video was nice and easy and didn't go on about non important stuff you got a sub would love to see you do let's plays for this when I've opened game a lil.
I recently got this for switch I keep passing away from various things but I love how realistic it is. I watch naked an afraid a lot an I always say to my self “I’d do better “ 😂 this game proved me wrong I’ll stay warm an safe in my apartment thank u very much
just got platinum trophy,,raft challenge was hard,,tip if you are been harrased by natives go to other side of river and get them with bow or spears they dont follow,

Doesn't really matter. I have a small outpost there, with a campfire and a chest. My main base was at the abandoned tribal village, and it doesn't really take much time to get there, and there are a lot of resources there except bamboo, which you can also get easily.
Hi, when the game says "natural antibiotic plant" are they referring to Tobacco? I know tobacco is anti-venom, but when a wound gets infected the game tells you to use a natural antibiotic but I can't think or find anything other than Tobacco & Molineria.

Hey, the molineria plant (yellow) can be difficult to spot but they are quite common, and the tobacco plant has purple flowers, again it can be quite easy to miss when running around, best thing to do is stock up on them whenever you see them. Both are just found on the jungle floor, not in a specific place or anything :)
started a co-op game on hardest difficulty last night... my 3 friends didnt show up and just as i was getting set up i got jumped by tribals.. death....realized...oops i forgot to save lol so tip #14 save your damn game lol often

This is all great and all but when there is a tiger that keeps killing you before you can even build things this becomes nearly pointless. I've finally figured out how not to die from hunger and worms and thirst to now I keep dying because some random tiger shows up and wrecks me. I'm on death number 8.

its all about advancing slowly build a plant pot and plant some fruit near your base make animal traps near by and expand from there :)

Try looking around the river, I tend to find stones there :)

You are not blind. 🤭 You can harvest big rocks to smaller ones. 👍 I had the same problem at the beginning.
