Had a similar experience during Highschool. I wasn't bullied physically, but rather, I was bullied emotionally. The bullies would constantly tell me really hurtful and offensive words; even when I'm minding my own business, they continue to torment me. Evey single day, they embarrass me in front of the whole batch, and it took a toll on me emotionally. I realized that emotional pain is more painful than physical pain. Highschool was a nightmare for me, and I was so glad when I finally graduated.
Bullies are the worst
ekis talaga yang mga bullies ssob
i used to teach. i noticed that bullies from private schools are the worst compared to the public schools bullies. these bullies from private schools are either spoiled by parents who are influencial people or good in manipulating because they are wise. unlike the public they are easy to persuade. you just have to make your explanation easy to understand and always relate tk them the things that they dont want experience because of bullying.
Di naman duwag tawag kay tito mikee. He was just smart enough to realize how it was such a hassle afterwards.

De La Salle Trivia -
Did you know that...several decades ago the grade school term to defend one's honor during the NCAA era at DLSC was a whisper of "Back of the gym".
The LSGH equivalent term for defending your honor was an invitation to meet up at the "Field".
wow! thanks for the info ssob
The Irish-American Christian Brothers of De La Salle always taught pre-war Lasallites to stand your ground and never run away from a fray.
Irish Americans are known to be tough, stubborn and proud of their Irish traditions. The Brothers passed this Irish trait to their young students at De La Salle College.
That's the reason why Lasallites would never be awed or back away down from an overly proud atenean.
There are several hot head spanish mestizos Lasallistas who would bring the rumble against ateneo. Ateneo was considered by Lasallistas as a "GIRLS" school.
thanks for the info ssob!
During WWII our De La Salle Christian Brothers never left to escape from the Japanese Imperial Army. They bravely continued to teach during the war. The Brothers would fetch and bring home all of their students by foot.
thanks for the info ssob!
same kami ni mikee ng mindset about sa away
De La Salle Trivia - During the pre-war years at DLSC the Irish-American Christian Brothers would allow young Lasallites to defend their honor with boxing gloves. Decades ago the sport of boxing was an ordinary P. E. activity at De La Salle.
"Boys will be Boys, but our Boys at De La Salle will always be honorable Christian Gentlemen."
- Irish-American De La Salle Christian Brother
thanks for the info ssob!
Decades ago Lasallites and Letranites would often have street rumbles at the old pre-war RMC at Vito Cruz.
Lasallites would only have shouting matches with ateneans.
thanks for the info ssob!
There is a marker at Robinsons Padre Faura where the pre-war ateneo campus was located. At the marker you will read A De La Salle Christian Brother who with this young Lasallites helped in the evacuation of Ateneo's Jesuit priests.
thanks for the info ssob!
