  • Who killed President Kennedy? That may be the most hotly-debated question of the 20th century, and there's no evidence it will be answered anytime soon. Tracy Smith reports on the state of the conspiracy, and talks to prosecutor Vincent Bugliosi and filmmaker Oliver Stone.

@@angieg2561 There's no evidence whatsoever that the Secret Service was involved. That agent Hickey could have fired an AR-15 into Kennedy's head with hundreds of spectators watching (and somehow not hearing or seeing) is specious enough. But neutron activation analysis of the lead fragments in Kennedy's brain and wounds showed all of them came from Oswald's rifle. There were no lead fragments from any other firearm. In 1992, Hickey was awarded a massive settlement based on this libelous assertion, found in the book, "Mortal Error." The book is a glaring lie, and the authors should be ashamed for introducing yet another myth into the assassination.

Mercy Natividad The truth. He couldn’t stand the thought of Jackie Kennedy having to come back to Dallas to testify in the trial of LHO. Oswald’s shooting of JFK was more premeditated. Ruby’s shooting of LHO was more impulsive. He had just wired one of his strippers $25 at 11:17am. He left his little dog in the car and walked down the block to the Dallas police station. He entered through the garage where the armored truck was backed up to transport LHO. Ruby had a press pass. And several Dallas policemen knew him. He shot LHO at 11:21am.
Dallas Homicide Detective James R. ("Jim") Leavelle had interrogated both Lee Harvey Oswald and Jack Ruby. He was convinced to his dying day that Oswald was guilty of killing both Kennedy and Tippit and is adamant that convictions would have been secured on both counts. He also knows Jack Ruby acted alone in shooting Lee Harvey Oswald. He never found any credible connection of conspiracy.

@@italian1ist yes, question everything. Like, if the CIA took out the president, why would they let the patsy leave the building, go home, grab a gun, and then walk around the city, where he could and did shoot a cop, get himself arrested, and then talk to the cops and the press for two days? Why not have someone else take him out right there in the sniper’s nest? Why not have a couple heavies waiting for him at his rooming house? Why would the CIA rely on a strip club owner who never shot anyone before with silencing him? Why shoot him in the middle of the abdomen and not in the head? Oswald turned to his right so the bullet travelled sideways through several organs and aorta, whereas a straight shot might not have hit anything but some intestines. Why would you let the man shoot the patsy in front of the whole world on live television and right in front of the cops where he would be caught immediately, and then where he would be put on trial? And why would you trust HIM to stay quiet knowing that he’s facing the electric chair? Question everything, right?

I think that LBJ and J Edgar Hoover conspired to have Kennedy killed using the FBI s' old mob connections.
They both hated Kennedy. Johnson knew that Kennedy would be dropping him from the reelection ticket in 1964 and his political career would basically be over.
Joe Kennedy used his mob connections to bring the unions power to bear to help Kennnedy be elected in '63 and one of the first things that happens after the election is that John appoints Bobby attorney general and Bobby goes after the mob.
I think to the day he died Bobby held himself responsible for his brothers death. When Bobby ran for president the mob knew that if he became president the first thing he would do would be to come after them with the power of the presidency behind him. They couldn't let that happen and it was the main reason they couldn't have had Bobby killed in the first place instead of John because John would have done the same thing .

You have to understand that how many of the people who believed that there were more than one person was involved in the assassination of JFK have died.
Johnson was involved, the CIA was involved and just how many more were involved is a question.
The Warren commission was lead by a person who hated president Kennedy with a passion. Kennedy had him removed from his position because of this. There's so many opticals involved in the Kennedy assassination by those who are still alive today because of their involvement in the assassination of JFK.

"Dallas assassination researcher David Perry has conducted a very extensive investigation into all of Brown’s allegations, and there is no question in his mind that not only weren’t LBJ and Hoover at the party, but there was no such party. Perry gathered several pieces of evidence debunking Brown’s “party” story. For one, he learned that Clint Murchison Sr., at whose home the party allegedly took place, was in ill health at the time, dating from a stroke in 1958, and had moved out of his Dallas home four years earlier, turning over the ownership of the home to one of his three sons, John, and John’s wife Lupe. In 2002, Perry interviewed Mrs. Eula Tilley, the wife of Clint Sr.’s chauffeur, Warren Tilly, who could not speak at the time because of throat cancer. She told Perry, “Both Warren and I worked for Mr. Murchison for a long time. He had seven houses, you know…I know he wasn’t at any party when Kennedy was shot. He did not have a home in the Dallas area. He was at his Glad Oaks Ranch between Athens and Palestine [Texas, about 120 miles southeast of Dallas]. I’m not sure how long before the assassination we were at the ranch but it was more than a few days. I remember because I was serving lunch to Mr. Murchison and his neighbor Woffard Cain. One of them said Kennedy had been shot.”
Additionally, a party the likes of which Brown spoke of, with luminaries such as Nixon, LBJ, and Hoover attending, would have automatically made the next morning’s newspapers-at least the entertainment and society sections if not the daily news. Perry therefore scoured the papers (Dallas Morning News and Dallas Times Herald) but found no reference to any such party. Perry makes the telling point that after all of his investigation, “The only person I know of who claimed [he or] she was actually at the [alleged] party was the late Madeleine Brown.”

Furthermore, LBJ was verified as having been in Houston that night, 225 miles away, chairing a dinner honoring Albert Thomas. Madeleine Duncan Brown is a proven pathological serial liar.

Absolute Nonsense. sketches in conspiracy books and literature have consistently and falsely placed Connally seated directly in front of Kennedy in the presidential limousine. In fact, Connally’s jump seat not only was situated a half foot inside and to the left of the right door, but also was three inches lower than the backseat-placing him to the left and below Kennedy’s position on the extreme right side of the limousine’s backseat. The HSCA said, “A photogrammatic analysis of several pairs of pictures taken from the Zapruder movie” and viewed through a “stereoscopic viewer…clearly showed that Kennedy was seated close to the right-hand, inside surface of the car, with his arm resting atop the side of the car and his elbow extending…beyond the body of the car. Connally, on the other hand, was seated well within the car on the jump seat.” Moreover, at the moment Kennedy was hit with the bullet to his back, Connally’s body was turned to his right, causing their bodies to be aligned in such a way that a bullet traveling on a downward trajectory, entering the upper right part of the president’s back, passing through soft tissue in a straight line, and exiting his throat (which the Warren Commission and HSCA found), had to go on and hit the governor in the upper right part of his back. And no, the bullet is NOT pristine. It is deformed.

Never mind that it is totally against the law for the CIA to operate within the US! Their job was to spread disinformation about the JFK assassination, RFK assassination, MLK assassination, the Vietnam war, the anti-war movement, the civil rights movement etc... Based upon information obtained from CIA officials themselves, Bernstein named CBS as one of the top CIA disinformation purveyors:

So, the critical upshot (no pun intended) seems to be 1) if people believe the seemingly incredible fact that a nobody skinny runt could annihilate a great power figure on a whim, then they are being realistic, but 2) if they believe that it took a concerted and planned effort by a very small but determined cabal obliquely linked to, and antithetical towards that power structure, then they are being overly paranoid, self-indulgently illogical and ultimately 'unrealistic'. Clearly both positions have historical precedents, but the latter is much more common in history. The over indulgence of conspiracy thinking as a current sociological trait does not in any way negate the fact that conspiracies do happen in all manner of magnitudes. In this case, the point is how small or tightly-knit the conspiracy actually was.
First significant question has to be.. why did that motorcade not simply carry straight on to the luncheon destination down Main Street. Why was that turning into Elm street deemed necessary? The bend took them back to exactly the same point under the triple underpass as they would have reached if they had gone straight on - it was utterly superfluous from a Presidential motorcade 'timetabling' aspect. Oswald cannot have known they were going to make that turn if he was acting alone, surely? Unless it had been previously announced as a route that would include little old superfluous Elm St. Why was this superfluous turn into a short road deemed necessary, and by whom at the planning stage? Elm st had a large building and fence and tree cover very close to the road, that's why. All other vantage points along Main St were crowded with people four deep, the arial shots would have been made much more difficult by the roads being straight and the problematic presence of close knit crowds liining the roads. No, something smells rotten about it all..

The presidential limousine enters Elm Street and after a few meters the first shot is fired by Nicoletti who, together with Rosselli, was hiding in the Dal Tex Building. The first bullet misses the target and hits the sidewalk of the triple railroad crossing at the end of the square and a piece of shrapnel ends up in the face of James Tague, a passerby who was stopping there. The second bullet hits Kennedy in the throat, and as you can see in the footage the president brings his hands to his neck and Governor Connelly turns back to see what happened? The third bullet hits Connally who grimaces in pain as you can see in the film and he brings his right hand to his stomach because he feels an immediate pain and then the bullet goes through his right wrist and into his thigh. The fourth bullet hits Kennedy in the back of the head and the fifth bullet, fired by James Files half a second after the fourth shot splashes both the blood and Kennedy's head backwards, and the brain spill was due to the pressure of the fifth bullet which had made a hole the size of an apple in the back of Kennedy's head, witnessed by the photos of 14 people bringing their hand to the same spot on his head. Returning to Connally, who is the key to clarify the mystery, there is much to be said. 1) First of all, from the inclination at which Oswald would have been shooting, which was about 45 degrees, it would have hit only Kennedy and no one else, the bullet could not in any way take a deflection and then hit the governor. 2) When Kennedy is hit Connally turns back to look at what is happening and stays like that for about three seconds, the time to reload the shot in the rifle; if the governor had been hit by the magic bullet, at the same time as the president, he would have had the same reaction as Kennedy and would have had neither the way nor the strength to turn around and look back. 3) Governor Connally, when he is wounded, is still turned around and you can see a grimace of pain as I mentioned before and then he turns around again and collapses on his wife's legs. 4) In the film you can see how Connally bumps his head in front of the glass that separates him from the driver's and assistant's seats. 5) Do you know why Connally was hit? Because Kennedy was leaning over his wife's right shoulder, because by bending over he did not obstruct the trajectory of the third bullet that almost grazed him and hit the governor, and because the shot was fired by Nicoletti from the window of the Dal Tex Building and reached the governor, because Kennedy was leaning over his wife. Therefore, not only the first bullet that went empty reveals where the shot really came from, but also the one that hit Connally. Undisputable and real evidence, but unfortunately denied by many, including the Warren Commission who veiled so much evidence.

    • @Caeruleo
      @Caeruleo 2 ปีที่แล้ว

I strongly disagree that "every" man (or woman) on earth "knows" any such thing. I'm guessing you have studied less than one percent of the evidence from the Zapruder film? When his head is first struck by the bullet it jolts forward several inches in less than 1/18th of a second, as is proven in this video:
      th-cam.com/video/o0d6LG27hQM/w-d-xo.html
And not so much in that video, but in many other copies of the film and of individual frames it can plainly be seen, especially in frames 313 and 314, that the majority of the material that blasts out of his head exits forward, not rearward. The majority of the bloody spray clearly exits forward. Also three distinct pieces of his head can clearly be seen exiting forward. One of them exits forward and slightly downward, bounces off of the rear of the jump seat where Connally had been sitting, and then falls out of sight toward the floorboard of the limousine. Two more distinct pieces of his head can be seen streaking forward from his head, with quite literal "streaks" of material seen. One of these exits forward and somewhat upward. The other exits upward and somewhat forward. And since the limousine was continuously moving forward the entire time, naturally any pieces of his head shooting upward and slightly forward would fall back down behind him, easily explaining why blood and pieces of his brain landed on the trunk and on all four motorcycle policemen riding behind the limo, Bobby Hargis, B.J. Martin, James Chaney, and Stavis Ellis. But blood and pieces of brain also landed on all four people sitting in front of JFK: John and Nellie Connally, William Greer, and Roy Kellerman, and even landed on the front hood of the car. This could only be the case if a substantial amount of material was blasted forward from his head by a bullet entering from behind. If all or most of the material exited rearward from a frontal bullet then all or most of the material would have falling back down behind JFK because, as already stated, the limo was moving forward, not standing still or moving backward.
It is also quite obvious in the film that the majority of the exit damage is forward and above his right ear, with those big, horrible open flaps of scalp that are clearly seen in many frames after 313. Nothing even remotely similar is seen anywhere in the entire rear half of his head. And finally, as proven above, his head at first jolts forward rapidly when struck by the bullet. The backward motion of his head does not even begin until at least two or three frames later, and not until after a lot of material has obviously blasted forward out of his head, making it more likely that the backward motion was caused by the material blasting forward out of his head pushing his head backwards, rather than the bullet itself.

firstly and given i have read many of your comments and i know you are well enough researched , i will accept that you simply made an error above . but stavis ellis was not one of the 4 riders behind jfks limo , he was one of the lead riders that rode down elm before the limo did . the 4 motorcycle riders were from left (behind jackie ) bj martin outside left , hargis inside left , (behind jfk ) chaney inside right , douglas jackson outside right . but as i said im sure you just made an error there .
regarding the blood and debris just DROPPING or to use your wording LANDING on the 4 riders behind well that has been said a lot , but it doesnt represent the whole facts .
one being that hargis who was inside left rear bore the brunt of the blood and debris . however hard it struck him can be debated , but what cannot be debated is that it led him (wrongly ) to feel that he two had been hit . the other 3 officers had a lot less blood and debris hit them . i think it is entirely dishonest of anyone to assert that drops of blood and bits of debris would simply land on a person (hargis ) as he passed beneath it when it had caused hargis to have the belief (all be it wrong ) that he too had been hit .
we also have to add charles brehm in here . this is a man often cited by lone nut believers because he said the shots came from behind . yet he is on film saying that he saw the effects of the shot to jfks head , that he watched as a piece of jfks head flew to the left rear all the way back and landed in the area of the curb where he stood with his son . brehm was stood not to far from across the street from the stemmons sign , maybe a tad further down elm . jfk was just passing the newmans at the point of the head shot . i would say that brehm was conservatively 20 feet to jfks right rear at the point of the head shot . so what brehm saw cannot have just gone straight up in the air and then just dropped back down again .
in fact blood and brain went in all directions , there was blood on the inside of the windscreen , on the left side of the inside of the limo , on the right side and on the rear (trunk) of the limo .
"It is also quite obvious in the film that the majority of the exit damage is forward and above his right ear, with those big, horrible open flaps of scalp that are clearly seen in many frames after 313. Nothing even remotely similar is seen anywhere in the entire rear half of his head."
there is no argument that the film shows damage above the right ear . but to say nothing similar is seen in the rear or right rear is arguable . im not saying we can clearly see a large hole there or a large flap . certainly we cant at z313 . but in later frames post 313 we can see a sort of crescent type light colored shape on the right rear of the head
      www.conspiraciestalk.com/index.php?topic=49.0
it is simply not good enough to ignore this , by all means if we have an explanation lets hear it but we cant simply pretend that multiple frames dont show this .
"And finally, as proven above, his head at first jolts forward rapidly when struck by the bullet"
jfks head moves 1 or perhaps 2 inches forward , it cant even be seen in the zapruder film in real time . it can only be seen when slowed down and comparing 313 and 314 . at this point jfk unlike the others in the limo (well excluding connally ) was not in control of his body , yes being shot can account for that movement . but could anything else ? such as greer stepping on the brakes ? . jackie also had her hands on him trying to find out what was wrong , could her actions account for that small movement ? . id also be interested to know from you where on jfks head the bullet struck , i mean location , this tends to vary depending on what people choose to believe .

@@Caeruleo you need to be more specific than just look at it again . i know the forward movement cant be seen in real time , but yes it can be seen when viewing 313 and 314 in slow motion . there is no doubt it is there .
as i said jfk was not in control of his body , nor would connally have been for similar reasons . but connally was pulled down on to his wifes lap and held there pretty much . jfk was upright (as compared to connally ) but leaning markedly forward . neither jackie or nellie had been shot , same applies to greer and kellerman obviously , so in that sense we cant really compare them to jfk , but i do take your point .
talking about the brakes its not like greer was doing 40 and then hit the breaks suddenly , he had already driven very slow . some of the bike riders at the rear of the limo that you mention said the limo (very briefly , a second or two) was doing what they called a rolling stop . even at such a slow speed and then braking could cause jfk not in control of his body and already leaning forward to move slightly . as could jackie have caused him to move when she had her hands on him and was seeking to find out what was wrong . however yes a bullet can explain it also , i am not at all saying it would not . i am not saying you are wrong here i am simply saying COULD OTHER FACTORS HAVE CAUSED OR CONTRIBUTED TO THAT MOVEMENT ? .

What I don't understand is ,the final fatal shot, when on impact made his head jolt backwards.
Oswald was ment to of fired from behind,so wouldn't the law of pyshics show the presidents head jolting forward on impact and not backwards?
I'm no sciencetist, but as far back as I can remember, I have always wondered this 🤔

If you break down the Zapruder film frame by frame, the very first frame of the shooting showed his head lurching forward before snapping back. Kennedy was wearing a large back brace which prevented him from falling forward. The initial force caused the brace to partially bend forward and it then snapped back causing his head to do the same.

He was shot from the drainage system and the limo stopped on the mark it was told to. If you watch frame by frame you can see his head being struck from below and to the front.

Right after he announced his run for presidency and I believe won a primary in California, all of a sudden another "LONE GUNMAN" with absolutely no motive takes him out.
AND THEN THEY KILLED HIS SON!!! JFK Jr. runs for Senate in NY as by far the most popular Democrat in the whole country; the same seat who GUESS WHO ELSE IS RUNNING FOR? Hilary Clinton. JFK Jr. dies of a mysterious plane crash, Hilary wins the seat.

    Physical evidence
Several conspiracy theories posit that at least one shooter was located in the Dal-Tex Building, located across the street from the Texas School Book Depository. According to L. Fletcher Prouty, the physical location of James Tague when he was injured by a bullet fragment is not consistent with the trajectory of a missed shot from the Texas School Book Depository, leading Prouty to theorize that Tague was instead wounded by a missed shot from the second floor of the Dal-Tex Building.en.wikipedia.org/wiki/John_F._Kennedy_assassination_conspiracy_theories#/media/File:Lho-133A.jpg
