The lot seems a little cramped for 8.5M. Maybe if it included the lot next door. Not a fan of the pool either. I don't want to climb stairs and go through a room to get to my outdoor pool. I want to walk outside and jump right in from the ground floor. It's beautifully finished, gotta admit, it's a spectacular home otherwise.
