The lava rock driveway is not one of a kind it’s just stamped concrete they throw black powder dye then stamp it with rubber Mats. Any house you go to at Hualalai or Kukio they all have it

Actually footage of the area would really be awesome to show prospective buyers. Or nosey people like me. Lol. I'm sure if anyone is interested, they probably would just come see it. 🙂❤️
We have the square footage of the house on an information on top about a minute or so in- all the way through the end. It's about 10 minutes from the heart of town with all the shopping and restaurants.

The closets, the space for the suitcases, etc, etc, Love your Dress….love the tons of spaces for everything and almost anything…. I would certainly add the fruit 🌳 trees, the fresh herbs garden, outdoor kitchen, posts or palm trees for my favorite hammocks, the arts and crafts space, a tower or sort of a lighthouse as an observatory…great place you all !!!! That stone in the master closet reminded me of Starry Night. And I'm proud of you for showing us the garage Mike! If I'm spending that much on the house, there would be a half million worth of cars in the garage as well. Or more perhaps. 🤣
The extra-long garage Bay with the two garage doors at both ends is so you can pull your boat in and leave it connected to your truck. It makes things easier.
They Feng shui'd the kitchen. In Vegas they don't do that. I wish they did. I would add a barndo gym in the lower section, perhaps a tea house and a pond.
I love the view,but for some strange reason,a lot of other things miss the mark for me. 3000 sq ft of outdoor mismanaged outdoor space which definitely could have been built better. No dedicated real outdoor kitchen. I cant cook on a beautiful countertop,and those rollaway appliances are VERY lackluster. SO many beautiful touches in this house that lead to meh. Your in Hawaii yet no shower has a waterfall style. Nothing looked luxurious with the exception of the finishes but what about functional? The pool area seems VERY cramped .I know skinny pools are in,but, manage the space to give me a wider pool any day. The slide is great on paper, but the plunge area isn't big enough ( obviously it's deep enough) The kitchen has everything you need,but I don't like the look of it and it doesn't seem to flow.i don't know, for the price , no theatre? Sauna, steam? Hard pass.
