Regine, is a legend in Philippines itself. Most of younger singers has been inspiration by her. Most of times, when Morissette holding her personal concert. Mori is always invited her as a VIP guest appearance. Regine just like a mother who are love her daughter Morissette whenever she performed.

Their live performances are better and great. My vote for new music Monday is for to check out Ben and Ben a 9 piece indie folk rock band. The most popular band in the Philippines also very popular in Korea. They have some classic songs like Leaves, Ride Home, or Lifetime.

One of my favorite Regine performances was her cover of What Kind of Fool Am I...she did this live on stage and on her knees.....it started with a soft beautiful tone and as it builds up there were several super high belts that is out of this world. You're talking about SB19. Like I commented before, since you love OneDirection and BTS, then this is up your alley. They are the only southeast asian act ever to be nominated for a Billboard award so far. I recommend a live rendition of their debut song called Tilaluha on a show called TMPusuan. They also have a few performances on the WishBus and the Wish Music Awards.

Regine Velasquez (Ve-laz-kez) is a legend in the Philippines. She was all over the place in the 1990s before streaming and the internet. She was releasing international versions of her CDs and they were selling like hotcakes all over Asia and had collaborations with some of China's top singers at the time. The thing though is most of her performances available in YT don't have the best quality and in low res, unless you want to check out her current stuff. I'm still sure you'll get a number of good recommendations.

Regine is a big Fan of Mori and they have sung together many times, even Regine has learned a few thing's from Mori and the other way round, your never too old, I think Shine was a Regine original from 25 years ago and covered by Mori many times, you cannot keep a good song down.
