Kabale chief magistrate tours disputed land

The Kabale Chief Magistrate, Derrick Byamugisha, has extended the hearing of a land case involving one Velleriano Kibahigire Kambamu, who sued the Rukiga Resident District Commissioner Fred Nayebare Kyamuzigita and eight others. The land in question stretches from Rwenyangye Parish Kamwezi Sub County to Nyakitabire Hill in Muhanga town council, in Rukiga district. The magistrate toured the land whose ownership is contested.
