This is a wonderful time of year. I was pleased to appear before the Backbench Business Committee today and secure Parliamentary time for a debate on Christmas and Christianity.

Nice. But don't forget to include the ABCs of salvation - because until Parliaments bucks up its ideas, it will not regain any respect from people that once regarded it a lot more highly than they do today. They did that to themselves.
