It great to see people singing and playing the Keytar instead of limiting the instruments to solo playing. This gave me the confidence to treat the Keytar as a mini piano and sing with it. Unfortunately There is nothing on TH-cam on cool patterns for the right hand to create a full sound for a singer to take the stage like this man here. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Amazing performance and expression, that is undeniable, and way beyond my own skill. But as a keytar player myself, I personally prefer to use my keytar to do things that are more exclusive to synthesizers, like using synth leads, instead of playing guitar imitation sounds.

you could do this with a vortex, but you need to be connected to a computer running realguitar (the software he uses)... and his keytar is (I believe) just a recased Roland AX-1
@@jessebondmusic yep the AX-EDGE would be the only board out there that could handle the software besides the AX-1 The edge didn;t come out till 2019 and still alot of people don;t know that most keytars are controllers, they have no sounds of thier own[or very limited] until the Edge came out..I don;t include the Liberation as its in a world all its own..: ) If MYKLMUSIC every wants to sell his, put me on the list!
MM If you ever decide to sell the liberation or it needs a " tune-up" contact me or one of oh maybe a few guys,lol that would be interested and qualified. Im an old rhodes wurli hammond tech that found a new niche in analog repair.Have owned a "few" moogs and my line up is always changin,but a Liberation would never leave.......lol
