  • This is the third step of in floor heat process, hooking up the legend manifolds putting it on air test before the concrete is poured. I’m very pleased with all the products I decided to use on this project, including heat sheet insulation oil, creek, plastic for the pecks tipping and last legend manifolds I’ll leave links of the videos of the two previous demonstrations if you have not seen them yet also, I will leave a link to the Dewalt air compressor if you’re interested in purchasing one we are very pleased with ours. Thanks for watching.

You do an excellent job of explaining what you are doing. I really like your manifold system. I bet it ends up working very well. I am looking forward to hearing how it works when it is finished. Take care!

Yeah, me too. It was pretty much my only option. I had to take my generator from the house and put it on my work truck because that one died the other day and it’s in for service so DeWalt pulled through. 🤣

No suprise that this series of videos is doing well for ya. They're great and would make a guy looking to install floor heat feel like they could do it. You the man! Haha 😂 Seriously though, great tutorial on "how to." Look forward to seeing the concrete poured and the next step. Catch ya later. 👍🏻

We were installing a lateral on Monday, and while there, I was snooping around the guys infloor heating system. I was saying to the guys this reminds me of Toms house. And they were like, Tom who? I said, Tom from Fate Farms, he has a youtube channel, you guys should watch his channel 😅.
    Excellent job Tom.

We're looking at using the infloor heating EPS with the nodules but was hearing that the closer to the surface/middle of the slab the more efficient and it costs a bit less to operate.
I'm assuming you haven't had a chance to run it yet.
Just wondering what your experience has been with this?
    Thanks
    Andrew

You are correct we have not fired the unit up, but I have done a lot of research as well. My biggest reasoning going with this system was how it keeps the piping in place and at a distance, minimizing the chance of the pipe getting cut cutting expansion joints total board thickness is 3.2 inches assuming it should minimize heat loss
