I went to two different websites for hawan and both, amongst many other mantras, as an example of the mantra for lighting the fire for the hawan are stated as follows:
1. “Om Bhoor Bhuvah Swaahaa”, repeat twice more times i.e. two more camphor tablets.
2. Om bhoor bhuwah swah. Om bhoor bhuwah swar dyau-riva bhoomnaa prithi-veeva varimaa. Tasyaas-te prithivi deva-yajani!
Prish-the’gni mannaa da-mannaa dyaayaa dadhe.
Does these two differences as an example in the mantras matter or do different Hindu groups perform it differently.
