He didn't get a mention but another young guy to point out is Brice Turang. He's not going to wow you with numbers, but he's a top-tier defensive middle infielder with 45 SB, which puts him into scoring position for the guys you mentioned in the video. And he also plays every day
Him and Frelick are my favorites that I'd use in Franchise Mode
He should have been an All Star based on defense alone, guy reinvented his offensive strategy and has been a stud at the plate as well.
Turang doesn't get enough love.

As a Brewers fan, I wasn't nervous, I knew we were gonna win the division again. Our team is essentially the NL version of the Rays where every year we just produce amazing pitchers out of nowhere.
Me too, these rookies we saw last year were just something else. I knew it wasn't coincidence...
Of course they were going to win the NL central 😂 it’s a terrible division.
Biggest problem for the brewers is their postseason woes. Whenever a team beats them in October goes to the WS.

Always have had a soft spot for the brewers. First game i went to in the states ( growing up in Montreal during the Expos era), and it was nothing but an amazing experience. Fans were so welcoming, and we even got invited to a BBQ after the game. Milwaukee has some of the best people in the world. Would love to see a world series win for those folks.

I live in Wisconsin and a die hard Red Sox fan originally from Prov. RI so I know what bad looks like but the brewers have a special place in my heart and I'll always go to games and lose my mind when they're doing great!

You ain’t alone. Im a lifelong Cubs fan who just KNEW this was our year because I thought the Brewers would be gutted. Nah. They was like hold my beer, watch this.
As a Cubs fan it’s unreal as to how crazy of a season this has been and our problems are mostly with the ownership and front office because they reluctant to spend and Jed Hoyer is so stubborn to make some hard decisions with this roster. And with the brewers it’s been so frustrating to see their success but they definitely proved the entire league wrong and I can give them props for that but I just hope that the cubs are very active during the offseason but that’s a lot to ask to for with a stubborn owner and president
Cubs have the 7th highest payroll in baseball. Seems they spend plenty.
Thankfully the brewers avoided the sweep to the diamondbacks. Hopefully it's just an aberration and they can get the bats going again👍👍👍👍

I think a large reason the Brewers look so dominate is because the rest of their division is so soft. The Cubs front office is so hesitant to do anything the Cards are too old and refuse to admit it the Reds have lost all of their key pieces (except for Elly De La Cruz) to at least some time on the IL and the Pirates have 2 winning seasons in 10 years. They defently deserve their division title and are the best team in the NL Central but i think their as a whole not as good as the stats and record would otherwise say and were gonna see another first round exit this year again.

Freddie hasn't been as consistent as you think. He's a some lights out starts, and some pretty meh starts. It's never the same two games in a row. If you're asking about consistency, it's either Colin Rea or Aaron Civale. Frankie Montas has been super reliable too
Peralta is another Gallardo. He’ll show flashes of being an ace but he is inconsistent. Montas has been great but can’t get run support. Rea got lit up the other day, but I think him and Myers have definitely been the most consistent. I’m still a little cautious about the bullpen Payamps, Milner, Peugro have been inconsistent but I like Ashby coming out of the pen.
Well in your defense. The brewers had an ASS roster at the start AND the rest of the NL central was SUPPOSED to be good but they all sucked.

Im biased as a Brewers fan, but would I be wrong to say that the Brewers deserve the WS win more than any other playoff team this year? They've never won it, they've only been once back in 1982, and have been doing a LOT of work with limited resources.

As a brewers fan, I really don't see this team going far in the post season. The offense has been so inconsistent lately. They can win big a game or two, but then go 2 or 3 games struggling to hit and score.
None of us saw the D-Backs winning the NL last year so anything is possible
