Nicely done. Great explanation. Just started using unistrut so thank you. Little hard to hear with the music. People don't watch tutorials for the background music, I asked around and everyone hates it.
Good vid ! Thanks for making it & taking the time on bolts hitting bolts. i Been using unistrut for Many, Many years , its awesome ! i have only used it though for Hanging furnaces from ceilings, for doing drain lines on Walls, Hanging chiller barrels off walls , Mainly hanging circular Pipes off walls. i Never thought of using it to make structures to stack refrigeration units. Wow, epic ! 39 years doing this stuff & still Learning new stuff You tube Hvacr group rocks ! Thanks again ! only improvement i would make to your structure is: 1) use Lock washers on your bolts. 2) Find Long L brackets - so no need to worry about bolts hitting bolts. How are u cutting your unistrut ? i use a sawsall & 4" grinder to chamfer edges.
Yes our community rocks🎸. I here yea, I do not know why my main supplier doesnt stock longer L's. I use a grinder of course lol, my "go-to" tool. Thanks for stopping by #ocrefrigeration, hvac&electricalvideo's
Awsome Vid, thanks for sharing. May i ask where did you get the square bottom stands from? the piece at the very bottom where it flat to the floor? what is that called and can you post a link here. Thanks
many lb's lol....its curved edges reinforces the overall strength. As long as you brace it when it starts getting tall you should be fine. cheers thanks
I've never seen them spring locknuts here , I've only ever used diamond shaped locknuts which are a b*tch to install . Why is all the good gear on the other side of the ocean eh ?
Look at you using big words like inches. You speak good American standard measurement system, LOL. Great explanation of how Unistrut works👍👍
lol thanks for coming by rick. #hvacrsurvival
@@HVACRNorth just making sure you had enough wood to make it through the winter. 😁👍👍
@@HVACRSurvival lol good one lol hasn't been to bad in TO, 37f today. (As I look at the lines of latitude your not to far off.)😉

Please get rid of the music.
Thank you for showing how to use the connectors. This is what I need to know. Thanks
thanks brother
Finally, to the point. Easy to understand. Thank you!
Ty
Awesome video. Very nice of you to share your considerable knowledge. But the music ruins it.
Yeah, I can't take the music.

Awesome bud, Strut is very versatile and comes in handy!
Indeed. Thanks bud
We build a lot of racks in electrical too. Clean cuts solid build.
Thanks buddy
I always called the spring nuts Zebs can't remember why. Unistrut is great. Good video
Lol Thanks buddy.
That's a nice clean job of pipe work Joe. It's like being a kid again with Lincoln logs or tinker toys..lol. Be safe out there and have a good day
Thanks bud, i appreciate it.
UNISTRUT! I had no idea how old that stuff was until I found a disney promotional video for it from like... the 40s? Crazy! like real life lego lol
Funny b/c lego always came to my head lol. Thanks bud
HVACR North , Good Video and a very good built stand Sir
Appreciate it 🙂
thank you simple elegant a lot of people can use this information for jobs they first think of wood for or welding
exactly bud. thanks
Great job explaining how to use the strut of winners.
Thanks bud🤘👍
Good video BUT that "music & chirping" is distracting!
good video been using uni-strut for decades........I would build another house out of it, lol.. btw, nice circulator manifold install.
👍Thanks bud.
Good instruction, but the unnecessarily loud music is annoying
Great job Joe. Keep it up and you will have a future in this company. Like the TH-cam dance music...
In Terminator Salvation the boss terminator was decapitated with a piece of unistrut.
Great Rack! I never considered using Unistrut for that purpose. Thanks
thanks, once you go unistrut, you won't go back.;) I haven't lol
Very nice work!
TY bud
I learned something. Thank you.
np
Thanks for the video. If you wanted that first piece to be lined up with the other one instead of above it, is there a way?
Thanks.
Nice job thanks for the instruction. thanks for sharing am here to stay. 💞👈
💜👍🏽#422 - Have a great, new week!!
Thank you for sharing your good knowledge! Cheers.
NP bud:)
Spring mechanism = spring nut
Background music is a nice touch
Thanks. #curioushvacguy
Moose nice video and great editing. Polished bocely
appreciate it moose.;)
Do they have 3 way corner brackets? It would look nicer is the side rails lined up all the way around.
I have used other corner brackets that look corners clean. its whatever is available at the time. thanks
Until the boiler comes and it’s different size than it was originally and you have to re-do the frame because contracting is life lol
show me the 💰i'll change anything lol
Thanks for giving me ideas for my next target stands!!
Np buddy. This is why i put it out there. Cheers
Good Video HVACR
Thanks love
is the solid one cheaper than the one with the pre-made holes?
last time i checked very minimal, depends what suppliers have.
nice thinking out of the box
thanks dude
Finish it off nicely with end caps on the open ends.
good idea.thanks
A few quick bolt anchor should help it little better
Nice
I just discovered adult lego.
what can u use to cut unistrut
bandsaw, grinder, chop saw, hacksaw.
So you don’t need lock washers?
No
That frame will outlast everything inside that building, including the building itself
Hahaha that's was funny. Good to see ya
Neato, can I pop popcorn on the top of that boiler?
Thanks bud, sure you can lol
Hi, I like your video. Good work. Where do you get the brackets?
suppliers?
Nice bruh
Great video. Do you get the unistrut locally or do you order online?
Thanks bud, locally.
Awsome Vid, thanks for sharing. May i ask where did you get the square bottom stands from? the piece at the very bottom where it flat to the floor? what is that called and can you post a link here. Thanks
Thank..let me see if I can find online.
Very nice
Thanks bud
The strut I get in my area has holes on the opposite side of the U channel. Where did you get solid strut?
The suppliers, have both options slotted or none.
How much weight can the uni strut hold ?
many lb's lol....its curved edges reinforces the overall strength. As long as you brace it when it starts getting tall you should be fine. cheers thanks
Can you place the fittings on the back side? I want to keep the front open for rollers
yes if you get the different style Unistrut that has channel slot in middle.
A true pro. Installs are my weaker side and this unistrut is new to me but i am willing to give it a shot. Thanks. You in Toronto?
Appreciate it bud. Yes
What is the bolt length you are using?
Length ? Really even 1” will do.
TY4Vid. Sorry but I had to mute that background music.
thanks dude
I've never seen them spring locknuts here , I've only ever used diamond shaped locknuts which are a b*tch to install .
Why is all the good gear on the other side of the ocean eh ?
Hey paisano lol. Usually you guys are ahead when it comes to the mechanical side.
interesting ...
hey gorgeous;)
Can’t you just put on cinder blocks or something like that? That looks time consuming
When the house your working on is in the millions, it's b/c I took the time & not use cinder blocks. Make sense? It's worth it. Cheers
So, Legos for adults :)
Lol exactly
🇺🇸🇨🇦🇮🇹
There is no way you can shut those ball valves off on the wall. They are to close together.
Hey did you want to put a wager on it? I can send a video. Thank you
@@HVACRNorth I am intrigued. Looks tight.
Can't watch, too much background noise louder then your voice. Some strange music, why???
I'll ask the producer. Thanks
💋💖
The music track is unnecessary and insipid
Not even using washers lol
dont need washers bud. thanks
