- Easy Homemade Chicken and Rice Soup Recipe1
This soup is simple yet satisfying as it warms you from the inside out. Comforting and nourishing, this classic recipe is made all in one pot and is sooo much better than anything you can buy!
2 carrot stick to celery stalk
1/2 cup of rice
1 tablespoon complete seasoning
3 garlic cloves 1/4 cup
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper add more if needed
1 tablespoon chicken bouillon
1 tablespoon better than bouillon
1 tablespoon dill
1/2 tablespoon thyme
3 tablespoons fresh parsley
1 teaspoon time to tablespoon butter
6 and 1/2 cups chicken broth
1 tablespoon better than bouillon

My household woke up this morning under the weather. I saw this quick and easy recipe and went to publix to pick up the ingredients. OMG!! In two hours we are having delicious chicken soup. I followed the precisely. I add scotch bonnet pepper. Thank you! It was delicious!
Greetings my sister from another island and mother! From a brother from another island and mother! I have great news! I tried out this recipe today and it turned out absolutely delicious! I made a few minor revisions: I used coconut oil instead of olive oil and I boiled my chicken broth before adding the other ingredients. Other than that I followed everything to the tee; except I didn’t have any parsley. But the soup came out phenomenally amazing! I also used Betterthan Bouillon roasted chicken flavor along with the regular chicken bouillon cube; crushed and that made for an even stronger chicken flavor!!! Praise the Lord!!! The soup was AMAZING!!! Thank you so much for sharing! God be with you!!! One love❤❤❤

I would say cook the rice separately, and have the broth separate and pour your broth over the rice

Better than bouillon, chicken bouillon cubes and salt is a lot of sodium. What could be eliminated for those that are watching their sodium intake?
there is a better than bouillon that is a low sodium version of the roasted chicken.
