The most valuable aspect of Legends Arceus wasn't "being set in the past", it was "obtaining an inaccessible event pokemon without needing to go to some limited time event".
Now hold on they did include voice acting, granted it was in one gym in the gen 5 games and they never included it again but it was still there, we all forgot about roxie's gym
Legends Arceus also technically had voice acting, but it was limited to various grunts and sounds the protagonist made while doing certain actions or getting hit
Imagine if instead of different locations (like how Legends: Arceus has the Cobalt Coastland, Crimson Mireland, etc), each area was an entirely separate dimension from Ultra-Space! Like, imagine a Pokemon game where you had to travel between worlds in your goal to get home, and could explore the homes of the Ultra Beasts but in open-zone format, and each dimension introduced new Pokemon themed around that area. Like alien-looking electric Pokemon from Ultra Plant (Xurkitree's homeworld), apocolyptic regional variants of existing Pokemon for Ultra Ruin (Guzzlord's homeworld), and ocean themed alien Pokemon for Ultra Deep Sea (Nihilego's homeworld). That would be SO COOL! The more I think about it the more excited I get, I wish this was a thing!!!
sun squad: hey look at this new beneficial relationship with this paralell universe and the knowledge we could get moon squad: uh hey the universe is still kinda screwed and said paralell universe just took away the thing keeping us alive
I enjoyed watching the video! I really like the idea of the Ultra Beasts acting like the Noble fights, it's also just nice in general to see someone actually cares about the story of sun and moon XD
It would be SO COOL to have an entire game that takes place in an another dimension, with entirely new Pokemon never seen before (kinda like how Gen 5 didn't include previous gen Pokemon until the post game) but they'd never go through with it... Too many Pokemon to make at once, and after the complaints they got from Black and White they would never attempt such a thing again (Nostalgia sells, and they know it... They'd rather introduce new forms of old Pokemon than go through the trouble of adding 150 new alternate universe Pokemon).
I've had an idea for Pokémon legends Mew. after "completing" the Pokedex, Mew could show up in an outbreak, while transformed into a Pokémon from the outbreak. If you don't catch Mew after catching 2 Pokemon, Mew will show itself, giggle like it does in the anime, and fly off.
I feel like they could apply a color filter over every Pokémon, like a blueish/purplish tint, and categorize them as a special form, while still introducing actual forms. If they didn't want transferring complications they could always go the shadow Pokémon route and require you to "purify them."
Hey man i just saw your content and i just want to say keep it up! Your style of videomaking is just really cool and im excited for how this project will turn out!
Since the starters weren’t mentioned in this video I have two ideas of what they would be the first idea is to feature poipole and to brand new UB to make a new type triangle The second one is to bring starters that didn’t originate from alola and give them a regional form at their final stage similar Legends Arceus.the starters I chose would be Treecko,Fuecoco and Squirtle I chose these 3 cause I could reference Hawaii and get a new interesting type triangle for these starters Ultranium Sceptile Grass/Water Ultranium Skeliderge Fire/Grass Ultranium Blastoise Water/Fire
Good video! It would be very cool if the biomes were seperated with a sort of dimensional wall like the honey walls where you have to walk with a bit to walk through it in the bug gyms in gen 5, but more transparent and with a slight tint based on the biome your entering and could give a reason guzzlord didn't just eat the entire world cuz he's too fat to pass through Also for a simple way to make every pokemon seem weirder is to give them alternate textures but same model but the shiny uses regular colours, for example leavanny could be red with the leaves having a texture of being cracked like glass but the shiny is green and yellow and to keep the tiering system similar it could be like "ultramon" "pokebeasts" "ultra beasts" or somethin' like that, maybe But I'm saying this like the game is going to ever be made
if that game existed i would be buying it asap dude i would be so hyped, my first game was pokemon sun, and my favorite game is legends arceus (yes i know im a newer player AND one with an unpopular opinion, dont kill me.)
I actually kinda like the shiny swap idea. I think I remember one episode of the S/M anime where ASH got pulled into an Ultra Wormhole to a dimension where shinies were normal, so it would make sense.
game freak literally dropped a sapient, humanoid alien race into the pokemon canon and then never followed up on it. i've been calling them ultra megalopolitans
It be cool if all the bios being placed were they are was the result of the land masses themselves being sucked into the wormhole/zoid-space area of ultra-space. That could reasonably explain why all these unconnected places are suddenly in the space geographic space.
Instead of borrowing from LA's formula, I think a Pokémon Legends Necrozma would work better as a proper prequel where you play as as someone who lives in Alola during the reign of Alola's king and the appearance of the Blinding One (Ultra Necrozma), or, the world of the Ultra Recon squad before Necrozma devoured it's light. The plot could be about the protagonist trying to prevent the game's evil or ruler of the Megaopolis from stealing Necrozma's light for the purpose of weaponizing it, harnessing it for inter-dimensional travel, etc. The antagonists successfully steal Necrozma's light, but fail to use contain it, scattering it across Ultra Space and leaving Necrozma pained and pissed off. Necrozma absorbs the light of the Megaopolis's universe and abandons the now darkened world that betrayed it... For the remainder of the game's plot, you aid in the creation of artificial light sources in the Ultra Megaopolis and/or search for a new world to live in (which could explain why there's a human in Kartana's world). While I think a Legends Kyurem is more likely- assuming GF decides to make other Legends games after Z-A- I love the idea of a Pokémon game getting a canon bad or neutral ending and the story of Gen 7's Light Trio would be perfect for it.
I don't really care about the story in this? one of the only reasons that I was so enthralled by Legends Arceus was not only because it innovated with the way you battle and catch Pokémon, but also because of the arc that the two clans overcome to put aside their differences! and also, mainly, the Player Character who is put into that world out of nowhere and then freakin' ACCUSED and EXILED-- OK, I'm gushing too much about this, you get the point already.
@@THGMR-ox7sd there are very fair criticisms to make about Legends Arceus, like the world not feeling like it's lived in or there not being any semblance of good world-building [which the Pokémon franchise has never had tbh] - of course, that doesn't knock what I said out of question, I still quite enjoyed Legends Arceus' story. in summary, I just wish Pokémon was given to a company that can actually make good games and isn't crunched. the Pokémon universe is amazing.
Maybe instead of them being the shiny forms it’s a new pallet swap entirely, thus it could work with other games and not break the shiny system, still have shiny and normal Pokemon be special and have the otherworldly feel
I watched it fully and love this entire game. It's literally perfect the video is underrated, I'd prefer this to legends: Victini any day! I have a few things to point out: 1. I loved the idea of hunting ultra beasts with each squad, and that idea of yours is the best thing in the video not going to lie. 2. Solgaleo's travel seems super great whereas Lunala's is kinda mid, how about maybe gliding fast or some order thing without stealing Solgaleo's shine. 3. I love your whole idea of the Necrozma and Guzzlord fight but Necrozma just enhancing speed is underwhelming, also a problem i had in usum was having to pick one. I was thinking maybe you could add a feature similar to the Pokemon movie with Kyurem (Not game Kyurem): The ability to switch forms mid-battle. I found it really neat in the movie and hated how the BW2 games made you fuse only one, so maybe you could switch between the two, and since you can't get both Necrozma forms at the same time, this felt like a good idea in my mind. This also supports my next point. 4. I didn't like how legendaries became handouts, it felt less important and less earned like how they basically just GAVE ZYGARDE and the legendaries in sun and moon, you'd finish with 4 legendaries not including the wormhole stuff. Maybe you can do a system where you pick one first or loan one or the other depending on which team you work with and then after Necrozma you can get the other or something, I'm not sure. 5. Make Necrozma Lunala stronger as it was essentially useless fusing them before if you can do it with Solgaleo instead. Also How about the fusions use their giant necrozma hands while moving around the map? It'd be cool if Dusk Mane whipped out his hands to climb mountains or trees or something. Overall loved the video, loved the teams and all those ideas. I really hope the guys at nintendo do this as the next legends. *I'd also love a Legends Kyurem *
that was one of the questions throughout my mind as I watched this! I thought of two possible scenarios: 1: one of the Aether Foundation members visiting Ultra Space gives you a set of three different starters like Arceus, the influence of Ultra Space causes them to have regional final evolutions (was thinking of Grookey, Tepig and Squirtle for this) 2: Poipole was mentioned to be a starter in its home world, why not go all out and make a completely new trio that's Grass, Poison and Ground with Poipole and two completely new Pokemon? like Poipole these other two starters will need to learn a specific move to evolve or if you want to be really spicy combine ideas 1 and 2 so you get two starter choices quite early on within the game lol
then out of no where fucking zygarde drops like WHO???? gamefreak with the "we're doing the 3rd game for all the gens that either didnt get one or we didnt do" like we could get a legends necrozma or maybe a unova which'll bleed into alola though thats if the two regions are actually linked in aany way
I absolutely love videos of ideas about potential Legends games... but I'm sick of the PNGtuber format. I came for the video, not to see a static drawing of someone's 'sona that changes poses and expressions to match the narrator's tone.

Yall are going about this wrong, my theory about Alola region games is that the entire thing is secretly about Palkia. I mean, come on, it's literally a bunch of creatures using holes in space traveling to Alola to help out Necrozma, so ultimately Palkia has to have something to do with it at bare minimum. So to get whole time travel aspect added in, just make the ultra space into a time variant because for once Dialga took control of Palkia's gateways
The most valuable aspect of Legends Arceus wasn't "being set in the past", it was "obtaining an inaccessible event pokemon without needing to go to some limited time event".
Now hold on they did include voice acting, granted it was in one gym in the gen 5 games and they never included it again but it was still there, we all forgot about roxie's gym

also in gen 5 is the Village Bridge where that old guy sings

I really want a Pokémon legends Necrozma because of its ultra space and lore This is also the most logical Pokémon legends remake or sequel
Yea! Not only should u feature the player being able to unleash ultra necrozma as their one Pokémon which would be pretty sick

I love the idea of finding some way to light up each area as you progress, slowly bringing light back to the world as you explore. :)
