- This CHEESE BOLU is soft & moist even without using cake emulsifier
Hi... meet me again on the sui Ing Channel, this time I want to make cheese cake without using raising ingredients but the results are still soft & moist
CHEESE BOLU
Material:
✓ 4 eggs
✓ 200 gr margarine/butter (I use blue band cake & cookies)
✓ 150 gr refined sugar (blended granulated sugar)
✓ 170 gr flour
✓ 1 sachet of Dancow powdered milk ( @ 26 gr)
✓ 1 sachet of white sweetened condensed milk ( @ 38 gr )
✓ vanilla powder to taste
✓ 100 gr Kraft cheese (50 gr for topping + 50 gr mixed into the dough)
Before using margarine/butter, put it in the refrigerator for 10 minutes to cool so that the development process when mixed is perfect and the resulting cake/bolu also expands perfectly.
