Hi.. meet me again on sui Ing Channel, this time I want to make pandan coconut milk sponge cake, this sponge cake is soft, tender and really delicious
PANDAN BOLU
Material:
✓ 4 eggs
✓ 100 gr granulated sugar
✓ 120 gr flour
✓ 1 tbsp powdered milk
✓ 1 tbsp cornstarch
✓ 1 tsp SP
✓ pinch of salt
✓ 80 gr margarine (melted)
✓ 65 ml instant coconut milk
✓ vanilla powder to taste
✓ vanilla butter flavor to taste
✓ enough pandan paste
✓ light yellow food coloring to taste (optional just to enhance the color)

Iya sist, kemungkinan gagal dalam membuat bolu itu selalu ada sist terutama saat pencampuran bahan cair seperti margarin leleh jika tidak tercampur rata maka sudah pasti bolunya bantat sist 🙏
