Hi Julianne, I am a new follower of yours. Love your spreads, especially this one and the colours. Have you tried peppermint tea? It is known to be calming and is also really good for your gut. I know cos I suffer from anxiety and your gut really does get affected. I have a cup of peppermint tea every night before going to bed and it sets the mood for a good sleep. Happy New Year!
Anise tea (i think that is how it is called in English.. I am not 100% sure) really helps me calm down and with anxiety AND it REALLY helps with my period cramps. I drink it everytime i am on my period for I think around 10 years and it still has effect on my pain

I used to think, for consistency sake, I needed to keep including spreads even when they didn't work well for me. Now, I just try any spread that seems cool and test it for a month. It's how I've discovered my favorites!

I think you would love a hibiscus raspberry flavour tea! It's a lovely redish pink colour and delicious with a little honey added. It works both hot and cold. I am loving the shade of green!! It is very matcha!! Will there be a restock on the sticker based on these?? I would love to get some....but noticed they are out!! They are soo cute!!

i love bangle spice tea its caffeine free and if you like chai tea its similar to that but had a bit of more "bit" i guess with the spice if you use two tea bags but taste really good haha

Red dragon spiced chai (decaffeinated version), Butterfly Pea Flower, Stress support sweet clementine, Orange spice are my top decaf teas.
